What made my experience great is that all the resources are very useful and very helpful. Reading the questions and text out is something a lot of people like including me it gives you a better understanding of it and you can keep replaying it if needed. I also liked how I could take my time with it.

I’ve just completed my Level 3 Childcare EPA and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My assessor, Emma Armitage, was absolutely amazing. From the moment she arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I felt confident throughout the assessment, including during the questioning, which I genuinely didn’t expect to feel!

Emma was so supportive, encouraging and professional, and I really felt like she wanted me to do my best. She created such a positive atmosphere, which made a potentially nerve-wracking experience feel much more manageable.

Completed online Personal Licence Training and it was very easy to use and very informative. i have a 1 year old at home and It was perfect that i could work through it at my own pace and whenever i had the time. The team at Highfield were there every step of they way checking in on me and helping if i needed any assistance. They were super flexible with my exam date and location too. Great experience overall and would highly recommend to anyone.

First of all, I have never given online feedback to Highfield Awarding Body before now, but their process of managing people money needs to do better. We paid for registration and it was refused with no refund for a whoop sum of money and no room to amend whatever is their reason for refusal, its very painful Its not easy to gather such money and they just collected with no good reason.

I genuinely enjoyed the course. The content was easy to follow, and it was great to chat with other people and hear about their experiences—it made it feel much more than just another online course.
It was well delivered, kept my interest throughout, and there was even a bit of laughter along the way.

I really enjoyed this Customer Service Level 2 course. The content was easy to follow, with clear and simple language that made learning straightforward, even for someone whose first language is not English. The platform was user-friendly and well organised, making it easy to complete the course at my own pace. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their customer service skills.

Really user-friendly e-learning course, that was well structured and very informative.. the modules and topics were easy to navigate and follow, and the content clearly explained throughout the training. In addition the videos, questions and opportunities to interact made learning easier to understand. I would have no hesitation taking the course again, or recommending it to anyone else who is considering it.

I took the elearning course with Highfield, the instruction on doing the course were so easy to follow.
They set each topic out clearly to be read and understood, would do more courses through them.

Questions were in an easily understandable format with multiple choice options.
No pressure and simple to pass if you have the knowledge.

The course was easy to follow you could learn at your own pace. Log and off at anytime. My certificate was awarded straight away and I printed it off. Would use this company again.

This company is doing a fantastic job creating high-quality, impactful content that actually helps people become better stewards of what they’ve been given.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be even better with a few more downloadable templates or worksheets for long-term tracking. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to grow in stewardship – whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your existing knowledge. I'm usually very anxious when it comes to tests, but her calm, patient, and supportive approach really helped me relax. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
