The site in general was well laid out and easy to navigate whilst the course material was easy to follow and covered all aspects needed without being unnecessary drawn out and tedious or boring.

Hidden costs if you wish to have a decision reviewed!
Having sat one of their poorly written FS Maths exams, I looked into reviewing the marking as most of the questions are ambiguous at best and written by someone who has no idea how the real world works, I found the following in a document that was not provided to before hand.
You are charge £50+vat for asking for a review, and then if you are not happy with a decision you then charged a further £350+vat to take it to the next stage!!! Highfield is just a money making scheme with no interest in real training!!
Whilst their reply below may be technically correct, using this platform is the only way to get a response from them, and whilst they may be a different dept/company the above does highlight the practices of Highfield in general. I await contact from them.

I don’t know how this platform wants…
I don’t know how this platform wants from people, because for me I can not do anything else, only sit in front of the laptop and repeat and repeat again like a robot. And to be honest, I can’t even remember what’s I learned, because I don’t even know which question I answered wrong . Really meaningless training platform. Just wasting time for nothing. And I can not even read by myself, must be a voice read for me . I don’t need it. Really awful.!
