I won't hesitate to say Highfield is…
I won't hesitate to say Highfield is one of the best training providers in the UK. When I wrote my exam, on the day I had a lot of challenges with my network...it was really weak that i couldn't connect well to their system. The whole exam time that I was allocated (1630-1730) ended whilst i was still trying to connect.
They made every efforts like helping me to change my network connection, checking my internet speed etc. Mind you this was already out or business hours.
Their technical support team contacted me around 6pm over the phone and took me through all the login processes until I managed to sit for the exam on the same day. Failure to write on that day means i was supposed to re-register for the same course because the systems would show that I had missed the exam.
Apart from all that, their exam is of quality substance. The questions they ask are not just random questions you can find over the internet... they require someone who has researched and who is knowledgeable inorder to pass.
Also, contrary to other online training providers who issue certificate instantly after completing the course, Highfield has Quality Assurance team which assess you examination conditions whether there was any possibilities of cheating through their ProctorExam System.
I really feel the value and substance in my Highfield Qualification.

A simple waste of time and money
Highfield E Learning takes every possible way to remove engagement from the student and combines them into something that makes you actively annoyed to be sitting through it. They remove any option to read the course instead having it read to you by a voice like a Sainsbury's self check out, inter-cut with barely relevant videos for some variety. You end up questioning why 10 minutes of reading is stretched into 20 of not being able to switch tabs or it'll pause itself and end up feeling somewhere between spoken down to and actively disrespected by whoever chose to use this system. Before purchase try a Highfield Learning course and question whether a piece of A4 could provide the same experience without insulting your staff or students.

All of our online training courses are designed with accessibility in mind, we appreciate that some learners like yourself may prefer a faster paced course, due to the diverse range of customers who use our e-learning on a daily basis we do have to ensure that our courses cater for all end users.
As you mentioned the course will occasionally pause at set points, this is to ensure that users who may have barriers such as language or additional support needs have sufficient time to read, listen and understand the content.
