I spoke to William regarding an existing landlord insurance policy he handled the problem very professionally and went out of his way to explain everything to me.Very pleased with the service he provided.

I mean let’s be honest, who loves insurance but it’s one of those things we do need unfortunately and someone needs to provide it. I assume most, like me, end up here due to having fought a battle with insurance companies already regarding their property, so your probably already at wits end with any of them. Will, made this a very pleasant experience, communicating throughout and although it was expensive (expectedly) it’s comforting to know I am still insured legitimately for any other mishaps appeasing the mortgage agreement.

William couldn’t have been more helpful, great service and a god price for my insurance. Highly recommended.

I looked at Highworth because I wanted to insure a modern timber framed house on which I was just about to have an extension added. Most of the well known names weren't interested but Will Gordon took me through the process to find an insurer that met my needs at an acceptable price.
Will was courteous and helpful throughout the process and was careful to check at every stage that the policy offered would meet my needs and that I had understood any restrictions.
