Needed to renew insurance for my engagement ring after receiving an extortionate quote from my current insurer. I filled in the form and was called back next morning by William who was fantastic. Found me an excellent quote with much better terms. No pushiness at all and sent me docs to review with a callback arranged for the next day to allow me time to check through and decide.
