I called Highworth insurance as our insurers discontinued thatch properties. I had spoken to a few insurers before o called them.
I have to say that they have been very helpful and supportive. Especially Joanne Wilson. She knew we were having a stressful time and kept in daily contact untill our quote came back.

The service I received from Will was second to none. From the moment we spoke yesterday, Will was very diligent in his approach ultimately getting me a very competitive quote from my house insurance. As the build of our properly is non standard, Will went above and beyond to ensure certain things were called out in the policy which provides peace of mind. I have just taken out insurance for my engagement ring with William and I can highly recommend. He gave me all the information I needed clearly and efficiently. The policy was set up simply and quickly. William was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The service was fine, the Highworth staff including Sian, Sam and William all went to trouble finding me a cheaper quote for home insurance than my existing supplier - even with the broker's fee. It seems that it is true that it is always worth shopping around!
