Unfortunately there’s no minus stars, or I would give these agents -5!

Shockingly poor service, incompetent staff with a laissez-faire attitude!

Stay well away from them, I know I will!

What a brilliant estate agents.... Efficient, friendly and they provide a service like no other. The photos of my property came out brilliantly they really showed it off, it's no surprise it was sold within a few weeks of being put on the market. Gav and his team are always happy to help, I've dealt with Barbara and Emily and on all occasions when speaking with them in the office. They have kept me up to date through the whole process and made selling my first home a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend.

We have just sold our house with Hilton and Horsfall and have found the whole experience to be second to none. After looking at their Facebook page we immediately knew we wanted to sell our house with them and we would recommend their services to anyone. We actually sold our house within 48 hours and we believe this is because of their strong social media presence and high quality, professional pictures which made our house stand out, particualry on the busy housing market.

H&H have recently provided an effective and professional sales service in the sale of our mum's house. The sale was quite complex with multiple interested parties and this, compounded by Covid constraints, did create some communication challenges in the initial few weeks. Once these were clarified the service was exemplary and all charges were in line with the initial offer. I would have no reservations in using them in the future.

I have been buying, selling and renting for 10 years and have always used Hilton Horsefall. They seem to know the market in the area and are always helpful. They always give an excellent service and I can highly recommend them.
