Superb service as always. Dropped car off in the morning, picked it up a few hours later with it's nice shiny new shoes on.

I have had to use the Hedge End HiQ twice in the last month. On both occasions they have been friendly, helpful and efficient. If the tyres are off site they arrive quickly and all the staff seem happy in their work and do a good job. The price is competitive. I am very happy to recommend them.

I had a sudden issue with a tyre that needing changing and an exam I had to urgently get too. These guys were amazing and saved the day and got me to my exam on time! Thank you so much!

HiQ Hedge End, Had a tyre which failed the Mot, ordered a tyre online, booked a slot for the following day, then had an email to say the tyre was in and I could come in straight away to have it fitted, they checked the tracking which was out on the side of the damaged tyre which they repaired as well as fitting the tyre. Staff were great, brilliant service, great prices, what more can I say, will definitely be back. Tim Wellstead

Went into Hedge End, Hampshire branch because I had noise and vibration from the car. They told me it was from the front wheel bearing, which I wasn't sure about as the noise was coming from the rear. They assured me that was definitely the problem so I paid them to replace the bearings. No change, still the same noise and vibration.

They then told me it was the propshaft, which they hadn't mentioned before. Having been wrongly advised the first time I asked them to put the car on a ramp and show me and explain to me the problem. They didn't have a ramp available but said they would phone when they had, they didn't.

Contacted them again and they said come in 8 am Friday 29th December 2023 and they would have a ramp available. I was there at 8 am, no ramp available. They said they would phone when they had one available, again they didn't.

Contacted them again and they said come in 8 am Friday 5th January 2024 and they would have a ramp available. I arrived at 8 am, no ramp available, this was for the second week running.

Basically they just mess you around and don't seem able to diagnose the correct problem anyway, which can cause you to pay for the wrong work. I would avoid using them.

Arrived at my appointment time for a standard tire replacement only to be told that they didn’t have my replacement tire yet and I should call back in an hour or so. Called back an hour later and was then told that the tire still hadn’t arrived but they would call me back as soon as it had, I spent the rest of the day waiting for a call that never came. I then called back again the next morning almost 24 hours after my original appointment when they told me my tire had just arrived and was ready to be fitted. They fitted the tire quickly with no issues but was frustrating to have to wait an entire day after my appointment time for them to do it.
