My husband rented a car from this place. They picked us from airport to their place for paperwork.After our trip was ended,we left the car to their places and they drove us back to airport. %100 reccoment.

I rent a car few months ago,they cared about everything and they were so helpful.Deffinetly coming back for it.

I rented from Adnan Menderes airport.Everything was nice.I recommend.

Fiyat performans dengesi gayet iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Hit Rent A Car’dan araç kiraladım ve genel deneyimimden oldukça memnun kaldım. Araç teslimi hızlı ve sorunsuzdu, araç da oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Süreç boyunca ekip ilgili ve yardımcıydı.

Araç kiralama konusunda güven önemli ve Hit bu konuda gerçekten profesyonel bir hizmet sundu. Hem iletişimleri hem de araç kalitesi beklentimin üzerindeydi.

Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir firma. Tekrar araç kiralamam gerektiğinde kesinlikle ilk tercihlerimden biri olacak.

Absolutes Desaster und mangelhafter Kundenservice. Ich hatte den Wagen (EC450C8A) vor Abflug gebucht und mir wurde erstklassiger Service zugesichert. Nach der Flugverspätung informierte ich Ihr Team per E-Mail und rief erneut an – mir wurde versichert, es gäbe keinen Grund zur Sorge. Bei meiner Ankunft fand jedoch kein Empfang statt, wie von Ihrem Unternehmen versprochen. Ich habe fast 40 Minuten mit der Koordination zwischen Ihrem Team und der Autovermietung Hit Rent a Car verschwendet.

Darüber hinaus war einer Ihrer Mitarbeiter am Telefon unverschämt.

Am nächsten Tag fuhr ich zur Mietwagen Gesellschaft ,der Mitarbeiter verlangte 3800 Euro Kaution und ich sollte die Versicherung meines Fahrzeug ändern
Was ich natürlich nicht machte

Ich werde meinem gesamten Netzwerk dringend davon abraten, mit Ihrem Unternehmen in Kontakt zu treten.

Bis heute die Anzahlung nicht zurück bekommen

Das ist der letzte Laden ,diese Firma sollten Kamele vermieten!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience booking a car through VIP Cars and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I booked a rental in Antalya through VIP Cars, with the local supplier being Hit Rent A Car. We were supposed to be met at the terminal on arrival, but no one showed up. We waited for nearly 3 hours in the rain, repeatedly trying to contact both VIP Cars and the supplier. VIP Cars did try to reach them, but we kept being told there was “traffic” causing delays.

It later became clear that Hit Rent A Car only had one staff member, who was juggling multiple pickups and drop-offs, which explains why we were left waiting for so long.

When we were finally collected, the situation got worse. The supplier:
• Refused to accept the insurance protection we had already purchased through VIP Cars
• Claimed their card machine was not working and refused to accept our Barclays credit card
• Used pressure tactics, warning that even a minor scratch would result in losing the full excess deposit
• Forced us to purchase their own very expensive in-house insurance

On top of that, they did not provide the car we originally booked and kept changing vehicles.

Throughout this entire process, VIP Cars was aware of what was happening, as we were in contact with them multiple times during the ordeal.

Despite this:
• We have not been compensated for the experience
• We have not received a refund for the insurance we purchased through VIP Cars, which we were never able to use

Overall, this was a stressful, time-consuming, and expensive experience. I would strongly recommend booking directly with a reputable rental company and avoiding situations like this altogether.

Betrugsmasche in Antalya, angeblich funktionieren meine DREI !!! Kreditkarten nicht für die Zahlung der Kaution und ich soll 300€ extra für eine Versicherung ZAHLEN, dann ging die Karte plötzlich.

Absolut schlechter Service bei Hitcars. Ich habe das Auto über Cardjet gebucht und vor Ort wollten sie plötzlich 900 € Kaution. Das ist völlig überzogen. Danach hieß es, meine Kreditkarte aus der Türkei würde nicht funktionieren – obwohl ich mit genau dieser Karte die Anzahlung bereits bezahlt hatte.

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert. Statt zu helfen, wurde man einfach stehen gelassen. Trotz mehrmaligem Kontakt mit Cardjet habe ich meine Anzahlung bis heute nicht zurückbekommen.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze wie reine Abzocke. Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg von Hitcars. Dort werde ich garantiert nie wieder ein Auto mieten.

Zero star. If you think you got a good deal with this company, expect Stress. You credit card even in your name stop working at their shop only. They refuse to collect you and other rental passengers at the airport. They refuse to check that their WiFi is off to decline your card. Rude and no customer service at all. How can they be listed on European comparison websites and BOOKERS!!!

Wir hatten über CarJet ein Fahrzeug bei Hit gebucht. Der Fahrer der uns vom Airport abholen sollte hat uns angeblich nicht gefunden. Wir sind dann mit dem Taxi zum Millennium Hotel Aiport Dubai gefahren. Dort hat uns dann der Fahrer abgeholt. Im Büro von Hit sollte ich plötzlich 134 Euro mehr bezahlen als in der Buchung von CarJet vereinbart war, Begründung ich sei über 64 Jahre alt. Ich weigerte mich den Betrag zu zahlen und verwies auf meine Buchungsbestätigung. Der Mitarbeiter stornierte darauf hin den Mietvertrag verwies mich aus dem Büro. Das CarJet mit solchen Autovermietern zusammenarbeitet ist mehr als untragbar ‼️‼️‼️

In aanvulling op onderstaande... bezwaarvaangetekend bij Visa. Dat is afgewezen omdat mijn credit card zgn niet goed was. Aanbetaling krijg ik dusniet terug. Dus...NOOIT HUREN BIJ HIT RENT A CAR.
