The reason why I rate it 4 stars is that I am a funko pop collector and I am a big fan of xxxtentaction and they have little amount of CDs that are sung by him. And I think you should put a few more... もっと見る

After mistakenly ordering one record in the 3 for £66 online incorrectly the Bournemouth HMV staff were able to swap out the record for one they had in stock without having to return the whole order.... もっと見る

I visit HMV Bournemouth when I can from…
I visit HMV Bournemouth when I can from Salisbury. On this occasion, I visited HMV to return a cd I purchased in Bristol HMV that I already had, staff were very helpful, courteous and no problem returning the cd, whilst in store, I ordered three more cds that I wanted, all were available, and the cds arrived within three working days which I was impressed with. A very good experience, very pleased, have since visited Exeter HMV, which is also excellent. I do hope one day, that you re-open a store in Salisbury! Many thanks. Mr. Tim Adlam.

The reason why I rate it 4 stars is…
The reason why I rate it 4 stars is that I am a funko pop collector and I am a big fan of xxxtentaction and they have little amount of CDs that are sung by him. And I think you should put a few more funko pops out for people around my age (11) and I think you should put a bigger variety on funky pops as well as the new fusion ones as well because when I went there we only 4 different people but most of them where the same people

Not well stocked stores
Had to order an album to arrive which wasn't in the local store which isn't that well stocked.

Order in Shop And Collect in shop
It’s a Great experience being able to order a Product in the HMV shop and then have it delivered to the same shop.
This makes life very easy for me because I live locally-The staff could not have been more helpful-Excellent service.

Best media store
I always use hmv when I buy music or films. They are good on pre orders and have a good selection of back catalogue material too. They send emails to confirm purchases and for tracking. Best media store.
