Purchase of Normal People DVD
The sales person personally knew the product and used it for a dissertation for their film degree.i find the staff at HMV Brighton always to be knowledgeable and approachable.
I am a frontier worker living in France and enjoy my monthly visits to HMV Brighton on my shopping day off( work nights).

Don't pre-order!
I won't pre-order music again from HMV. My CD arrived in store for collection the day after the national release so I could have just walked into the store and bought it the day before!

Always well treated, offers for 4K and Blu-ray are great but unfortunately there is a bit too much junk/ toys / funky merch for kids that has reduced the selection in-store

The man behind counter took my name then had to really look for the record I ordered click and collect, he was really patient did not try to fob me off, he was polite and asked my name again and then produced the record A1c5 stars

The gentleman who served me was very quickly check my request in the computer and found what I want and explain to me that he can order the film I asked for because is not in the shop stock. And he explain to me everything in good manners and he said any think else I can help you with
