The customer service was brilliant and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a certain CD, it wasn't in store but then I was told It could be ordered. The CD arrived within a few days

Ordered in local store (Carlisle) helpful and friendly staff in store. Quick delivery of in stock item, still awaiting delivery of preorder which I have been notified will be despatched to me on the issue date. Great will get for Christmas.

Carlisle has some great products but bad placement
Carlisle has some great products for sale but with the sheer amount of things displayed pretty poorly, it makes for an overwhelming experience. I do understand that Carlisle isn't as big as Newcastle or Glasgow, but there are ways to display items and blocking isle ways, on the floor or balanced in corners isn't one of them. Workington is a good example because I've never had issues in there. Same with Whitehaven. I'm neurodivergent so it makes for an overwhelming experience when you walk into a shop and everything is everywhere, also, I have a toddler in a pram and with the sheer amount of things filling the isles, it's almost impossible to manoeuvre down. I was walking out backwards from places as I couldn't move the pram well, knocking over items by accident because they were just balanced in the way with no thought or care as to where they go.
There are ways to display things in smaller shops, but cluttering up isles and making it into an obstacle course isn't one of them. A wheelchair user would have a very difficult time trying to get around the store
