Always a positive experience whether instore or online. On this occasion I had a great shoo instore. I was easily able to find what I wanted, there was plenty of choices.

The guy in the Cheltenham UK store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It was a quick and easily completed request and transaction and we were very pleased with the service and outcome. We'll go there again. Face to face is always better when buying stuff!

Good Service
A Funko Pop figure bought in store was damaged and needed returning. Colleague in store was very helpful, reordered another online for me and we collected afew days later.

Was told the record had been dispatched and then had to wait a further week for an email to say it was in store.
Very nice service from Geraint when I picked it up.

What's up with your preorders?
I preordered I think 4 arcane funkos at the start of the march, months later and no updates. Yet somehow on your website they keep going in and out of stock yet they are still listed as pre-order and none have arrived? This is a ridiculous amount of time and money I have wasted on this when I could have got them elsewhere by now. This isn't even the first time this has happened but even then they didn't take this long...
