There is very friendly man who helped me to order a DVD before we left Edinburgh. He managed to make this happen for me. And I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness.

I had a good experience with helpful HMV staff and with a timely delivery without breakages. I think the LP box is unbroken; I wonder if it's really going to do the job. But that's my concern, not yours. Thanks.

I could order the item I wanted in…
I could order the item I wanted in store to be collected at a later date at a good price,and the person serving me was very helpful. I don't appreciate however always being asked after purchases to fill in my contact details on computer. I have an email address with HMV and i do not wish to do this every time I make a visit I just would like a printed receipt. Thank you!

They had to source two CDs for me and…
They had to source two CDs for me and kept me updated with updates by email .Shop staff were helpful it took them almost a month to find them so I thank them .

Very helpful staff
I was served by Carly, she was very polite and patient with my questions! She ordered exactly what I needed as soon as I asked and made sure there wasn’t anything else I was looking for, if I go back in again and need help while she is there it is her I will go to

Pre ordered new Megadeth cd. Was emailed when it was ready to collect. Easy to pick up and got a signed postcard with the cd.

My experience of HMV started with the helpful store staff. In this age it's satisfying to speak with people that are eager to provide a good service. I had to order in an album the was not is stock. It arrived within the time i was advised in store, was packed well and was exactly what I expected. Would encourage people to use this store.

HMV blijft de beste winkel voor cd/ dvd/ games e.d!
Mijn dvd kwam wat later dan gedacht(9 dagen later dan verwacht) aan in het filiaal. In goed overleg afspraak gemaakt dat iemand anders mijn bestelling kwam ophalen ( na twee weken). Dit was geen probleem.
