There is very friendly man who helped me to order a DVD before we left Edinburgh. He managed to make this happen for me. And I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness.

We can see that your delivery of your order was completed recently, apologies for any disappointment that may have been caused as a result of this delay.
Good web transaction
Good web transaction, with agreement to email me when item reached my local HMV store. No email arrived, phone calls not possible, had to visit the store 'on spec', to discover item had been there for two days.

We can see that an email was sent on 22/12/25 to advise that the item was ready for collection and can only apologise should this have not been received. We are glad to hear this has now been collected and we do hope you enjoy your purchase.

I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12…
I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12 december at Princes Street, Edinburgh branch and told it would be a maximum of 3 working days. It was to be a Christmas present for my daughter . But here on 24th there is still no sign of it.
Not impressed and won't shop there again.

Ordered a Blu ray for click and collect over two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about it arriving
Would have been better going store to store hunting for it myself
