I always use HMV when I want music or DVDs, I am happy to order anything that is not in store, it arrived quickly and happy with my purchase.

Order came the day of the release of my album I bought and was in great condition. Although the only thing I needed to know was when the money was going to come out of my account from my pre order

I placed my order at lunch time on…
I placed my order at lunch time on Friday 14th November & it was delivered to me on Saturday 15th November before lunch! Excellent service as usual.

The staff member was very un concerned about serving me as apparently ,I was a ‘too old ‘ for the demographic to buy a Doctor Who item .
I am NOT a happy customer ..oh and please do NOT be writing to me saying ,this won’t happen again ..that hardly encourages me to go back to the store .

4 stars due to the following:
I ordered several items for my daughter's 18th birthday, and 4 items were on a pre-order release, which I had placed months ahead because they were limited edition items. Sadly only 1 out of those 4 items in my order was fulfilled, but I only found out on the day my order was dispatched (for Click & Collect) that they didn't have them in stock as they had sold out, despite that I had already pre-ordered and paid for them pre-sale. I did get a refund, but it would have been nice if I had been notified sooner so I could have arranged something else in their place.
Apart from that, a great store with a wide range & good customer service.

Beats using Amazon
So the collection was easy with good communication but the website is a pain- please redesign so that it’s easier to use.
