The item came into stock, was delivered to store as requested and available to pick up with emails advising when it was ready for collection. Perfect!

Great place, great staff
As always, HMV exeter staff was friendly. I went there to pick up a collection order, got it without any problems. The employees were really nice and knowledgable.

Really helpful staff
We wanted a certain item which was not available in store so a member of staff looked on line and found it. We ordered it and it arrived at our chosen destination. Great service

Fantastic choice of vinyl records in store and on line, great customer service is store with friendly helpful staff.
However would like to see better organisation of displayed records as found it difficult to find specific record I was looking for.

cancelled my order after waiting ages…
cancelled my order after waiting ages was meant to be a christmas present they said it would be there in time it didn’t and then they cancelled my order

Vinyls for my 18 year son for Christmas
On both my occasions on hmv this Christmas time for my 18 year old son I was very happy with how the staff helped me. A lady called ciara helped me buy a oaisis limited edition strawberries and cream on vinyl and sent it to be delivered too , i appreciated that and so happy i was able to buy it too, then there was a man called Simon who helped us in finding and getting us the 3x vinyls for £66 my son wanted too, longpigs, stone roses and Other (never heard of) he got them straight away very efficiently done.
Very happy with my experience
