I always use HMV when I want music or DVDs, I am happy to order anything that is not in store, it arrived quickly and happy with my purchase.

Keep it civil and friendly
The staff were nice when I asked for help. I was able to get the CD's that I wanted, when where not in the shop where I was. I was able to get them sent to my house.

Absolutely brilliant service again from HMV. Quick delivery and reasonable price. Staff polite and can’t do enough to help.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, HMV kept me informed from the day I placed my DVD order for Willow in the long awaited Blue Ray version in their Exeter branch right up to the day it was delivered

I haven't received any updates
I haven't received any update since the order confirmation. Looking online it appears the dvd I ordered may be out of stock? Would appreciate contact & update

Great place, great staff
As always, HMV exeter staff was friendly. I went there to pick up a collection order, got it without any problems. The employees were really nice and knowledgable.
