Dvd shopping
I like to come into the store in person so can browse at other items, always friendly and there's buz about the shop. I had a pre-order from October to pick up and hmv hanley were giving me updates on my purchase regularly.

It was easy and the employees are kind and quick.

Member of staff helped me order what I wanted and when it was ready I went into store to collect. Took my number from the email and the staff thought my parcel was too small so double checked and found there was another parcel for me. That impressed me as I forgot to mention one was a pre order cd didn't come out till 3rd Nov

Excellent experience.
The order was simple to place, the online site is easy to use, delivery was exactly as had been informed and the collection process went very smoothly and without any problems. Will definitely be using the online ordering in the future.
