People in the store were very helpful and friendly. Ordered the item that I wanted in store and upon collection, different staff member but again great service and very helpful.

Happy with item and service
Ease of ordering process and collection. A relatively local store and ideal for collecting item in my own time, rather than missing a postal delivery (with no postal charge to pay). Item I received was also a surprise - a limited edition rather than standard Blu-Ray release. Very happy! :)

Store pick up
Store pick up. The product was damaged. Steelbook Blu-ray.
Noted after packaging removed. Not the first time it has happened.
Packaging for transit of steelbooks is inadequate which is a common issue across retailers.

Our warehouse team do pack all items appropriately, in respect of weight, size and fragility, it is therefore, disappointing to hear that there was some damage with your order. I have shopped at hmv for many years and have never had any problems with them that's why I still shop with them they have also stayed fair with their pricing keep up the good work thanks

Ordered, notified, collected. Perfect!
Ordered a KPop album- not easily available elsewhere in the UK. It arrived on time at the store, I received a notification and picked it up quickly. Perfect.

First album was ordered by click and…
First album was ordered by click and collect. Process was easy with good communication and was ready as described.
Unfortunately that was scratched, but hmv ordered another copy quickly which was perfect.
