A Great experience
Went to shop asked assistant for help the lady went out of her way explained everything we wanted great time taking great shopping experience thankyou.

Friendly helpful staff, advised of layout of genres of music in relation to my shopping list ! If unable to locate staff ,checked shelf and stock /or order if available .

Very good service
Very polite and helpful staff, reassuring with my exchange and ordered item they didn’t have in store for me to collect prior to today. Collection was easy and they asked for proof of identity which is good as I knew my item and future items ordered are in safe hands. Very good customer service. Maidstone have a great store with lovely staff. Please keep up the good work.
