My local HMV is supreme.
My local HMV has a supreme collection of blu ray and pop cult paraphernalia, with great and friendly staff.
Whilst my across the spider-verse blu ray, that I had ordered for pick up and collect, had arrived with a cracked case, I have chosen not to exchange or refund my purchase.

Easy to order CD I wanted
Easy to order CD I wanted. Delivery to store very quick. Also bought another CD by an artist I did not know of. This was on hearing his CD on play in the store and a subsequent conversation with one of the staff who advised me where to start with his music.

HMV are a cheerful professional and courteous company that provide an honest but decisive service across the range of products available.
Nothing is too much trouble for their knowledgeable staff. It’s a pleasure shopping at my local store and will continue to do so in future.
