The staff at HMV are always ready to help, they are very friendly and professional. If you need to order a dvd, they will do it for you. 100% great customer service.

I have used HMV for years for their…
I have used HMV for years for their vinyl. Mainly the 3 for £66 deal.
However last 3 batches of this offer. One the sleeve has always been bent, damaged or indented. The self adhesive plastic hides these defects. Unless you open in store then no way to find out.
I have returned a vinyl today for this reason and the replacement is even worse. Top left corner 4 indented lines, middle a massive strike across like its been folded.
I will be returning this one again. That's two vinyls returned in 2 days and will continue until the stock is looked after better and more care used.
