Great customer service and a swift delivery of the product I ordered.

I bought a game from HMV a few weeks ago for my brother’s birthday. Although it was out of stock, the staff member explained everything clearly and assured me it would be delivered by Tuesday if I ordered in-store. He was very patient, and my order arrived exactly as promised. Thank you for the excellent service! I can’t remember his name, but I think he had long, mid-length curly hair. He was amazing!

Disabled assistance was spot on, security and hmv staff couldn't of done anymore to help me from start to finish. Thank you so much hmv Oxford Street for making it possible for me to attend to meet my idol x

For guest check out . You just get an email saying it dispatched and that's it .. no tracking available through royal mail . So your just left waiting . I don't want to sign up just to track my package so it would be so helpful if tracking was available to those who pick guest check out . Thank you

Good customer service whenever I have visited this store on event days. My latest event Jeff Goldblum on 6 June.

The delivery of the item was fine , myself and my son who is 9 and autistic had booked a meet and greet on the 6th of June to see Jeff Goldblum. As we were called the first batch of guests to enter the building , we had to go up the escalators. A lady shouted “ there’s too many people “ and as soon as we reached the top we started to get in between a pile
Up of people . I managed to escape to the platform but was very hard for me as I had to save my son who was in the side to me . He was sandwiched between adults and I took all my force to pull him out of the wedged people. As soon as I pulled him we heard a few people screaming on the escalators. I was in so much shock , I asked if my son was hurt and he told me his head was hurting and back and stomach too.

Thankfully he wasn’t hurt too bad but a child almost got crushed between adults. For what was supposed to be a lovely experience to meet a celebrity for my son’s favourite movie has traumatised me forever . Beyond escaping the pile up, I wasn’t happy to see Jeff Goldblum anymore and my legs and chest were shaking at the thought of something happening to my son .

This incident took place at 363 Oxford st at around 12pm on the 6th of June.

I was not happy at the service of the staff as we never got a formal apology for the management and service we got as guests , even though the staff saw what happened to us all .
I believe my son was the only child to be caught up in the pile up. After this horrendous experience we finally went to the second floor and the experience to meet mr Goldblum was considerably rushed . I felt very heartbroken for the treatment of the guests . Surely we should have been taken care of properly .

Not a good experience with Hmv.
I ordered the Jeff Goldblum CD and Paid the extra £8 to meet him, and Although meeting him was a Quick but a Lovely Pleasure.
It was Hmv that ruined the Experience, I wasn't aware that I had to pay for other People to come with us.
My Daughter came along to see and stand at the side of the Room and Witness her Dad meet Mr Goldblum, She wasn't looking to get a Picture or meet him. I was Gutted and she was Gutted standing out in the spitting rain with her Dad for 1 hour to get turned away.
One Gentlemen staff member who was upstairs, When I ask about another QR Code ticket (Willing to buy another) said to me "Well you wouldn't buy one ticket to a concert and expect a family member to come in with you."
1.... It's not a Concert.
2... My Daughter only wanted to see her Dad meet Mr Goldblum.
3... We go to Showmasters comic Conventions every year and last year I didn't see Stars like Mel Gibson and Danny Glover say "Oh you only paid for one Autograph so you Daughter can't come with you."
GUTTED for the situation for My Daughter and myself.

I attended the Jeff Goldblum album signing in London Oxford Street. After queueing for over an hour in the rain we (first batch of people queuing) were let into the shop. We were led to an escalator and told to go up. The escalator led us to a small area that was already packed with people.
There was NO ROOM TO MOVE. We were crammed in like sardines & people kept coming up with nowhere to go. It was a bottle neck and everyone was being shoved forward. People were pushing & falling onto one another. Someone was shouting "No more people!" But more & more kept coming up untill people on the escalator started falling over & a pile up happened. People were screaming & panicking and it took way longer than it should have for someone to stop the escalator. It was CHAOS and TERRIFYING. They only had one ticket scanner and it took ages for the small holding area to clear. I was literally shaking as we were led upstairs to the room where Jeff was signing. Jeff himself was utterly charming. The way "security" handled the queue? Dangerous.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff especially Vicky and Rosie who help me with my requests on both of my visits to the HMV in Oxford Street ..

All the staff there were helpful. It was a good day out. And I enjoyed myself. And it was good to meet Micheal ball signing his new cd album. As nd hotva photo taken with him.

Really went the extra mile to make sure I got the tshirt in my size. Offered free delivery.
