Ordered online & had no problems at all. Kept in touch & confirmed when it was in store.

Lost two stars
Lost two stars, simple, pre-ordered a month before release date and didn’t get them on release day.
I did happen to pop in HMV in Wolverhampton and they had what I pre-ordered in store on the day of release but I didn’t get my copy until 4 days later.
Very Disappointing.
