Great customer service
Easy to order from the website and free pick up for our local HMV store. As usual the staff in the store very friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable.

The staff member that served me was extremely helpful and found the cd online that I wanted. He arranged to order it for me and for it to be delivered to my home. It all went according to plan and I received the CD in good time

Great service
Popped in to get a few vinyl records but couldn't find what I was looking for, a lovely guy called Mark saw me and helped me get the ones I wanted, he was super friendly and we shared a few jokes and had a good chat about music.

Gangs of London Blu-ray

This is my favourite shop in Yeovil
This is my favourite shop in Yeovil. There is always a warm welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is one of the best HMVs I have been into, even if all you want to do is browse.

Ashleigh + Mark were both very helpful and friendly
Ashleigh who took my order was very helpful: She established which Blue Ray item was the one I wanted and ordered it. A couple of days later, when I called in on the off-chance that the disc might be in, Mark was also friendly and helpful, phoning me later that day to say that my order was now ready for collection.

Wonderful store in Yeovil
Visiting the store in Yeovil is always a good experience.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff coupled with a helpful and pleasant attitude.
I've been going there for some years now and it never fails.
