Didn’t fancy risking delivery to door from experience of damage for other goods by post recently. So used hmv click and collect as was an LP gift. York store were very friendly and service great.

Unable to pick up
Unable to pick up, so I gave my brother permission but he isn’t allowed to, likely won’t be able to collect my package before 2 weeks

Click and collect at local score, easier to buy online and collect later than wait for delivery and maybe not be in when the postie turns up. Quick and simple and no P&P either!

We went in to order the new call of…
We went in to order the new call of duty 7, and another cd, the shop assistant was very pleasant and efficient. We got the other cd 2 days after ordering it, and the cod came a day earlier than specified, so tbh u cannot get better than that.

bought new releases record for…
bought new releases record for daughters birthday got it home and found it had double sticlers on it and wouldn't play the last track on it so had to take it back for a replacement
