Hier macht shoppen kein Spaß habe es nach langer Pause nochmal versucht. Es hat sich nichts geändert alles viel zu kompliziert und total überladen aufgebaut und dazu noch völlig unötige Filmchen zwischen jedem Klick!🙈
Wenn man dann endlich sein Kram gefunden hat kann man nur hoffen das es auch lieferbar ist.

WARNING: The HobbyKing "In-Stock" Trap (Read Before You Buy)

If you are thinking about ordering a high-value RC from HobbyKing right now, don't. I just had my money held hostage for a ZD Racing MX-07, and after talking to multiple other victims and working in the logistics industry myself, I’ve possibly uncovered their exact playbook moves.

Please read this before you possibly lose your money:

The "In-Stock" & Fake courier Tracking numbers
They list a massive RC truck as "In Stock - EU/US Warehouse." You hit buy. They immediately generate a local GLS/USPS shipping label. Your order is marked "Shipped," so they can lock in your money. But if you check the tracking, it will say "Label Created - Not Yet Handed to Courier" for weeks or even months, as per other users.

The Scripted Stall Tactics
When you contact their outsourced support, they act confused. First, they tell you to "wait 2 to 3 weeks for a warehouse investigation." If you push back, the story changes to: "We need 1 to 2 months to investigate the lost parcel."

The Ocean Freight Possible Reality
There is no "investigation," and the parcel possibly isn't lost. In my opinion, they never had a car/plane/boat in your country. They drop-shipped it from China the day you ordered it. They use the 1-to-2-month "investigation" excuse because that is exactly how long it takes a cargo ship to cross the ocean.

Once the container finally arrives at the local port, they might magically message you: "Great news! We found your package!"...

To the Veterans and old-time users of HobbyKing: You might say, "I just bought from them, and it was fine!" Yes, if you order a $15 LiPo or some props, they probably have it on the shelf. But since their massive $2.8 million FCC lawsuit a few years ago and the subsequent changes in ownership/restructuring, this is NOT the same reliable HobbyKing from 2015. Do not trust them with big-ticket items, in my opinion and experience thus far.

The Bottom Line:
Did you find the Truck/Plane/Boat you want at your Local Hobby Shop for $100 more? BUY IT LOCAL. Do not make the mistake of trying to save a few bucks, because you will end up giving HobbyKing a free 60-day loan while you stare at a fake tracking number and get played like a fool by customer support every time you complain.

If you must use them for cheap parts, ALWAYS use PayPal so you can force a dispute when they inevitably try to stall you.

And free shipping what a joke its on track shipping, if you pick fed ex it's regular shipping costs so the free shipping is a scam , who wants on track shipping anything they are the worst ,not a pleasant experience hobbyking get your act together please

Customer support is almost non existent and useless when answering. Return procedures are catastrophic and you have to pay shipment both ways. Overall an horrible user experience if anything goes wrong. Stay away

My family ordered a H-king viper 64 mm it sed in stock for my 60 th birthday in a week and a half I was after one . Next day I get a message to say it was out of stock and at some point I'll get a refund . For a company of its size wen to no stock out . Its put a damping on my birthday so no jet air craft for me on my 60th thanks hobbyking for the let down . I think hobbyking need new staff how now how to run a business. And stop messing customers about . I'll have second thoughts a bout getting eny more air craft .thanks for the let down hobbyking

I received a Avios C-130 with a defective servo and a bad escape.
Put in a claim and they resolved my problem in a very fast time and were friendly on contacts.

Hobbyking has come a long way. Plane assembly is much easier. The Avios twin otter is my latest purchase. And it's everything i was counting on in a plane. Their customer service is there for questions and other help. Idk what happened. But they have come a long way!

Hobbyking had the best price for a rcera C 189 in black so I decided to buy it.
I was worried about the item being out of stock and would have to wait for months to get it so I asked the customer service if it was actually in stock and ready to ship, I was told yes.
I placed an order and expected a few days delay, my order was "PROSSING " for 3 and a half weeks. I had serveal conversations with Sally in customer service live support, she was very nice and helpful. Finally the order shipped and took another 9 days to arrive. It was very stressful, I ordered a C123 from rcera directly and got it in 8 days. It was a little more money but have never had a problem with them. So if you can be patient and want to save a few dollars they are ok, but if you want it shorter than a month go somewhere else. The helicopter it self is fantastic! The black paint sceam is so "BLACK OPS"
On a side note there were not many places that had the black one in stock at the time I ordered it.

All of the sudden I am receiving newsletters. Conveniently the unsubscribe feature throws a 404 error. Absolute garbage company.

VERY POOR SERVICE.

On Black Friday, I ordered an airplane that had a defective server.

OK, that can happen, but the way they handle customer service is unacceptable.

I asked them to send me a new wing and then I would just send them the defective one.

No, I was supposed to send the entire aircraft to France at my own expense. I have to pay the shipping costs myself, €17!!!!

Apparently, the thing still hasn't arrived, even though the tracking says otherwise.

They keep putting me off. I should wait, they want to check it.
And every time you hear something different, sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not...

I will never, ever buy anything from them again and can only warn people about this dump!!!!

Hobbyking didn't send the full order and didn't answer my Email for that. I paid the total bill and didn't get the money back for the messing things..... I would never order again their!

I've ordered maybe once or twice like 10 years ago, and recently, I've been receiving daily newsletters that I can't unsubscribe from (404 link), I tried contacting them and they don't answer, obviously. This review is my last hope !

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 batteries and a Lipo bag. One battery was swollen on delivery and the bag never arrived. I ordered again and ordered 3 more batteries and another bag. The batteries did arrive but no bag, AGAIN. Turns out it is shipped from China and will arrive at some point. I made the aware of the first order issue and not a care given, I couldn't claim either as I didn't save the packing slip which you have to upload (?), what backwards 1995 policy is this? And why so staff not give a care when you have received faulty goods. On my open ticket they have said they will notify me when my Lipo bag dispatches but that was 6 days ago and still nothing. Save yourself the hassle and order ANYWHERE else.
