Would have been 5 stars if we hadn’t had to ring back when we were told they’d ring us back a couple of times. The engineer who came was great sorted the leak in our boiler quickly. So 5 stars for Martin.

The company has been easy to deal with came to survey the job and gave a clear estimate which I gave them the job, they gave me a date the for the job turned up on time the 2 lads who did the job worked none stop till completion were polite , clean workers ,did a very neat job fitting the boiler did all the proper tests , the company gave a fair price and the girls in there office were very helpful with any info I needed thanks

Always used holdcroft as every engineer is professional and tidy. Recent work was a gas fire getting capped off.Martin came to sort it for me. Very tidy and quick,along with his professional approach he was a genuine nice guy.Thank you

Martin serviced our boiler today. Really nice guy. Worked very cleanly and efficiently. Explained everything to me. Earlier in the week Mark visited to explain the operation of our system at our new house. Again really helpful. Will certainly use again.

Martin arrived to do our annual boiler service. He detected a leak on our (very old) gas meter. He politely explained he was required to cap off the supply until it was sorted. He then called Cadent and arranged for them to attend to fit a new meter. They arrived within 15 minutes, replaced the meter and Martin completed the boiler work. Brilliant service from Martin along with a polite and friendly manner. Highly recommended !

Our combi boiler developed a leak. Martin turned up promptly to assess the problem. Thankfully it wasn’t terminal and the new part was swiftly ordered and fixed quickly and professionally by Martin who was extremely polite, knowledgeable and happy to say that we are now leak free. Thank you

Had a new gas combi boiler installed by Leigh and his apprentices. He was nothing but helpful and a model professional. Nothing was too much to ask for him and it feels like he went above and beyond. He was polite, friendly and hard-working and did a neat job.
