Cracking job servicing our boiler, booked in very quickly on the phone, engineer explained everything he was doing...Nice chap!....Great price!

Top guys to deal with from the survey to the signed off system. Turned up when they said they would. Delivered on time and on budget even though fitting the new pipework proved very difficult into our 70s house. We now have a Bosch Worcester boiler on a brand new 13 radiator system with 100% fresh pipe work- no corners cut no stone unturned. It should walk the 10 year warranty and beyond.

Leigh is a great fella and is work is second to none.
We would recommend him highly to anyone who wants their heating system installed or serviced by Holdcrofts.

Excellent service from start to finish.
John arrived on time to survey what boiler we needed and was informative and helpful. Quote was emailed later that day. The quote was competitive and we went ahead and placed the order. The boiler was fitted by Leigh and Lewis (apologies if I’ve got his name wrong) his apprentice a week after ordering. Leigh and Lewis arrived on time and were very quick, confident and tidy workers. Overall we are very happy with the new boiler and the customer service / fitting by Holdcroft Heating staff. I would 100% recommend them!

I very recently had Holdcroft Heating in to replace my gas boiler.
The installation was done brilliantly I am very pleased.
Would like to give a special mention to the team that was sent in to do the install. Ashley, Alfie and the electrician whose name I didn’t catch were very polite, professional and diligent. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Thank you lads and thank you Holdcroft Heating.

Martin the engineer was very courteous and respectful of our property. He was thorough and explained all aspects of the work he covered. Will ask for him next time and as always good service from Holdcrofts.

Martin came to do our annual boiler service, along with Alex who is training. Martin explained everything he was doing and was friendly and professional, as was Alex. We have used Holdcroft Heating for quite a few years now and they have always been friendly, professional and the work has always been excellent.

John repaired our two weeks old gas fire very quickly and competently. His product knowledge which he shared while he was working convinced us he was a very capable technician.

Had a loss of hot water called Holdcroft - they came out the same day and John was brilliant, although we needed a repair, he ensured we were left with hot running water. They booked me back in the week after and Martin (equally brilliant) completed the repair and a service. Everyone I came into contact with including Dawn over the phone was friendly, professional and polite. Great service and reasonably priced. Thank you Holdcroft, one happy customer!
