My late husband Sean and I had our 2 boilers put in 18 years ago by Holdcroft Heating and they worked well
I now wanted just one boiler for the whole house John the supervisor was great and the two nice installer lads were brilliant
No mess and all installed within 3 days and just in time before the cold weather we are having at the moment
Also the electrician s were great

Great experience with Holdcrofts for a boiler replacement. Appointment to give me a quote was within a few days - with no pressure to buy. Once I made my decision it was installed within a week (old boiler was still working - just).
Lee and Alfie turned up on time and fitted the boiler (and replaced a temperamental stop tap) by early afternoon. They were friendly, polite and professional; made very little mess and cleaned up well when they left. Lees work is amazing to watch - he makes sure everything is straight, neat and level - even the clips that hold the pipes are lined up! Its great to see someone that takes such pride in their work. And Alfie even made me a cracking cup of tea!! Everything was fully tested and explained to me before they left. Really impressed with the work. Thank you Lee and Alfie! Would highly recommend.

Found this company very professional kept me in touch with time engineer would be with use, informed me there would be a delay so I wasn't waiting around.

Ross did our annual service & landlord gas safety inspection today. He notified us of the expected arrival time, arrived on time and did his work thoroughly and professionally. Ross was friendly and especially considerate of our elderly tenant.

All communication with Holdcrofts was magnificent. I was advised that ‘Martin’ would arrive between 13:00 and 17:00. Martin arrived within the time period, diagnosed the problem, checked and the collected the part. The part was fitted in the same day, and we were back up and running with our hot water all before 17:00. Throughout the visit I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and Martin showed me and explained what he was doing. I will be using Holdcrofts for all my future heating needs.. Old boiler failed and Holdcroft had a new one installed and working within a few days of me first contacting them.

Installation is neat and tidy. Workmen tackled the job with enthusiasm and dealt with a few unexpected issues thrown their way.

Steve and Phil came on time and worked non stop on servicing the gas fire and gas boiler. They were a happy duo and explained what they were doing. A leak was discovered in the airing cupboard and they arranged the supply and fixing of a replacement part. This was fixed by Louis quickly and efficiently later in the day. I highly recommend Holdcroft Heating.

Had a boiler installed by Dan and Ashley. They arrived promptly and were polite, respectful and professional. Tidied up afterwards and all rubbish taken away. Definitely recommend them.

Ash and Josh were professional and respectful in all aspects of their work. Replaced the combi boiler and a radiator with expertise, explaining how to use and get the best from the newly fitted appliance.

Ashley and Lewis turned up on time and completed the installation of the new boiler without drama. Tested and reviewed everything on completion before leaving the site clean and tidy.

A recent gas fire service from holdcrofts gas services was excellent. The engineer spent an hour stripping the fire right down and cleaned everything tested the flue and adjusted the controls. A very thorough service and I was again impressed with the level of quality shown. 5 stars and well deserved.

Brilliant service. After at least three plumber visits to fix a leak that didn't work with other companies over a number of years, Holdcroft came and sorted it straight away. Great comms, turned up on time and excellent service. Respectful workers and really trustworthy. Definitely to be recommended.

Great customer service, came within a couple of days to fit new boiler, the guys were great so clean and tidy couldn't have asked for more.
