Ashley and colleague fitted six new radiators for me. They were amazing, friendly, very clean, left no mess whatsoever, hoovered all rooms and put carpet protectors down. They didn’t even take a break for the 6 1/2 hours it took them!

The Gas service engineer did a thorough job. He was pleasant, efficient and kept us informed of any problems.

Very quick response for a call-out and repair to a rental property so that the tenants were reassured and sorted with hot water. The office staff liased with the tenants to work out a suitable visit time. The price was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used the company and both times have been positive. A professional "can-do" attitude is much appreciated.

Friendly and efficient. My leaky boiler was fixed within hour of calling, they even accommodated me having to pick kids up from school so arranged for someone to come early afternoon. Very pleased with the service and reasonably priced too.

Good service on our gas fire by a very knowledgeable engineer.

Very thorough inspection and found a problem and highlighted it allowing us to contact the original installers and get the fault rectified. Even cleaned the in-line magnetic filter which most engineers don’t bother with. Very pleased with the service received and the price paid.

I just wanted to say that it was a complete privilege to have Martin here to do the work. He was very respectful of the fact that my partner is extremely clinically vulnerable and understood our concerns immediately. On inspection of the boiler he told me that he had been the person who installed it 15 years ago! What are the chances of that!? His signature was still visible (just) on the front of the boiler. I was amazed!
Afterwards he told me that the boiler is in remarkable condition for its age, and it has never had any parts replaced either. I told him he must have done an excellent job installing it in the first place!
So in conclusion, we think you have a real gem there, in Martin. Thanks very much for your prompt and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

The whole team at Holdcroft communicated well with us. Even when the installers hit a few problems they let us know early. They manged to overcome these issues in a professional way. A big thank you to Ashley, Lewis, John and the rest of the team.

Very impressed with Holdcrofts Heating !!! Phoned this morning, spoke to ‘Dawn’ who sorted out a boiler engineer for this afternoon!!! Martin the engineer turned up on time having given us a phone call saying he was on his way. Serviced our boiler, was clean, tidy and informed us as to what he was doing. Very impressed with the whole service from initial phone call to the job being completed.

Ashley from Holdcroft Heating fitted my new combi boiler yesterday and today, and I couldn't be more impressed! Ashley was incredible – so efficient and punctual, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I had a few queries, and Ashley reassured me with clear and helpful answers.

The job was quite significant, as the boiler was moved from the garage to the bathroom, but Ashley handled it with such efficiency and tidiness. I would highly recommend Holdcroft Heating and Ashley to anyone in need of heating services. Thank you for the amazing service!

Holdcrofts look after our elderly dads boiler - he’s been in hospital 5 months and was due to come home tomorrow - arrived today to find boiler had failed - so rang them and they were here within half an hour and the boiler was fixed with new parts installed inside 2 hours - amazing service thank you so much 😊

Just had my boiler replaced & moved. Been a customer of Holdcroft for a while so they were the obvious choice. The quote to fitting was all much easier and more prompt than I feared for such a job.

The engineers (Ashley & his student Jack) were friendly and diligent. Not at all phased by my vague directions or the state of the old stuff. Never gave me a reason to worry about them having the run of the house (I was happy to stay well out of the way, frankly). I was pleasantly surprised that they'd patched up more of the wall and floor than I expected them to.

Overall pleased (and relieved to have hot water again). Holdcroft have been reliable and reasonably priced for as long as I've known of them and that opinion hasn't changed.

Martin was friendly and cheerful and went out of his way to make sure he met our expectations. A great boiler service and great service from Martin!

Has a total central heating refit this week . Was concerned about it but I shouldn't have worried at all .
Liam and Alfie did a fantastic job . They were friendly, polite and helpful. Did a brilliant job and left the place100% tidy . Cracking lads 👏

Holdcroft’s were a pleasure to deal with- right from the time I called to request a quote to the follow up call the day after my boiler was fitted . Everyone turned up on time and when they said they would ( a rarity). The surveyor - John look time to discuss options and a quote was emailed the next day . The 2 Engineers who fitted a new Combi system - Ashley and Jack - were great . They were respectful to my home and really easy to have around and chat to . And my gosh they worked hard ! They literally didn’t stop.And left after 5pm on both days . Ashley came up with slight amendments to the original plan and took time to explain things to me . Jack who’s still qualifying was brilliant and successfully dismantled and removed the old boiler from a really tight spot - I was warned by the surveyor that they may not successfully do this . It’s rare to find a company who under promise and over deliver . They plastered where it was needed and Ashley even built a little floor in my airing cupboard! Everything was explained to me once they had finished so I knew how to use my system . Jasmine in the office - who is lovely - called to check all was ok and arrange a follow up visit next week with John so he can confirm he’s happy with the work. As you can tell I’m impressed - I’d recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again. Thank you !

Excellent polite staff who dealt with the expected issues of joint failures when they turned on the new boiler efficiently. Minimum fuss overall, lovely job. I couldn’t even tell where the exhaust for the old boiler had been. Very, very tidy, covered the floor in plastic. Even my mother would put up with these guys.

Martin was so pleasant and efficient. He let me know when it was the end of the 1st hour, in which time he had my heating up and running. The second hour he was checking a faulty radiator I had asked him about. I was so pleased about the work done, the price and the fact someone was sent out the same day. That morning a friend recommended your company to us as I didn't know who to trust. Thank you so much and thanks to Martin, the engineer. He was brilliant.

Had a new boiler system installed. Rang Thursday and by Monday the boiler was installed and ready to use. Particular thanks to Liam and Cos who were both so professional, polite and friendly. Showed me how everything worked before they left. They also left my house spotless and used carpet protectors etc. Very pleased. I’ve since had a follow up appointment to double check everything over and to make sure we’re happy. Would recommend you guys over and over again Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
