Several stays now, Liverpool line street last year and a couple at Brighton for conferences. I don’t want to be at conferences usually for a week, so I find the welcome, the hospitality and kindness of staff that go beyond the call of duty to look after me - most welcome that this is now my hotel of choice.

I pulled into a car park attached to the derelict Cardiff Coryton hotel to take a phone call and received a £100 parking charge when I didn’t even leave my car. If this is how they behave, I am not surprised this hotel has no customers and has been forced to closed. I for one, now refuse to stay at any Holiday Inn or IHG hotels

Stayed at the Holiday Inn express at Swindon, Frankland road. Had a wonderful stay as always pleasant staff, lovely room and fabulous breakfast. Superb parking and fantastic location for the designer outlet. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Thank you again to the staff at the Holiday Inn hopefully will see you soon.

I had the worst experience staying in holiday in express birmingham-Snow Hill. I checked in on wenesday the staff was extremely rude shen i asked about hotel parking as their discount in parking only apply if you park in for more then 12 hour consecutive. I booked one family room and one double room both room are exact same but in one roon they give one extra sofa bed. The mattress they used for that bed is so thin that if you sleep on that the rods of bed hurt your back. Air conditioning in one room was not working when i told them they said cannot do much and provided me a small fan and no apology. I lost my apple watch in the room. It was last in my room and i never found it after . When i complaint no help was offered by the mangers . After insisting they said they will call after few hours after asking housekeeping but no call. When i call again they again took my number still no call. If i can give a 0 star i will definitely go with that.

We stayed in the hotel as it was a good position to visit other places and to go on a whale watching trip.
The beds were soft but one side of the bed in our room had sunk down so needs replacing.
But the sad thing was no indoor swimming pool and the carpets in this hotel are FILTHY stained and just full of dead skin and dust, they would be better off with Lino flooring.
The cleaning was terrible which let the hotel down.

I stay at this hotel a lot. Is it perfect, no. Pretty, no.
Regardless, the staff do their level best to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
They also put up with a lot of grief from travellers who think they should get 7 star treatment.
I witnessed one of the staff, Elliot, be given a really hard time by a group of people at a table, he handled it brilliantly, calmly and keeping his sense of humour.
An outstanding member of the team, and a good person.

Holiday Inn Bromsgrove.
Supposed to be a four star hotel, I booked a “premium” room and it was terrible !
Two stars would be more appropriate. I counted at least 14 faults with the standard/quality of the room.
Holiday Inn should be embarrassed if they think the state of this supposed four star premium room is acceptable.

Terrible. I had made reservation with prior payment. The front desk had very little idea and charged me again! The reservation doesn’t answer the call. The booking staff are pathetic to say the least. They have some good and some below par. They are not consistent. I would stay clear of them. Trust me! Don’t go with Holiday Inn in Aerocity New Delhi

This company is only getting one star because I can't give. Booked wedding reception and gave guests code for "discounted" room so they could stay over and also have a friendlycatch up the next day as we would be busy on the night. Can't think why the prices are over £200,with the exception of the week before most are less than £100. Have now given details of another hotel that is only a 5 minute taxi ride away that beats their price by over £100. If you want to have a good wedding and enjoy time with loved ones I would give this place a wide berth I have about 15 guests that are currently changing plans and staying elsewhere. Feel like this company are sabotaging our wedding with their actions

Room with mold on the walls and the advert they have on booking.com is misleading.
Manager rude, blames the guests for her own failures.

We stayed in Concord, NC. We booked through an online booking agent. We did not know that there was any construction going on during our stay. I had to work online, this was an issue. When I spoke to the manager she was very flippant and said I could check out and book else where. No empathy what so ever. I would have thought she could have given me another place to work where it would be quieter and private.
The breakfast was like going to your local school cafeteria. The food was not such that if you needed to not eat non dairy that it left you very little options. Making just plain eggs with an option of cheese and veggies, heating the food to a higher temperature, and replacing the old style coffee makers with the style that you can brew your own cup and add your own flavoring would be nicer.
We went to breakfast and came back to our room to find in that short time period there were bugs on our beds, they were quick to have us switch our room. But there was NO monetary relief for our inconvenience. I would have thought either a refund or a certificate for future stays would have been nice. I am not sure where the bugs came from but it may have been due to the hole in the outside wall in the room.
The toilet ran on its own and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud as was the a/c unit. This made it hard to talk or sleep in the room(s).
The young girl that worked the evening shift was very nice and did what she could do to help us, which was limited because the manager was not accommodating what so ever.
I have booked before with HI-express and never had this lousy of an experience.

If you expect to sleep don’t stay here! The staff are amazing however the management simply don’t care! Was here for medical tourism - kept awake all night with noise of traffic, wild dogs barking, elevator machinery, doors banging, large noisy tour groups, paper thin walls so you can hear other guests. We have recordings from every night of our stay from inside the room with window and balcony door closed!
Raised with staff who offered 2 alternative rooms on lower floors nearer the noise! Offered upgrade to top floor for €150 per night which we of course declined! Noise was unbearable on night 7/14 that staff issued ear plugs!!! Told by IHG Customer Care that the General Manager would contact us within 48 hours - still waitiing! Have requested a refund for the nights we haven’t used and been told No as they offered room on a higher floor - no they didn’t! Also they stated that they had already given us a sea view room on the 9th floor when we booked a city view room like we should be thankful! Maybe the room we booked would have been quieter?
We have now moved to another hotel at an additional cost -
Do they think we would have done this if they had actually made a suitable alternative? Also they dispute when we complained - regardless of when we complained we paid for a hotel and expect to be able to sleep - pretty basic!!!

As a present to my son I arranged a trip to Munich to watch Bayern play. Having bought tickets for the game, flights and accommodation in a suite at the holiday inn unfortunately the flights from Manchester were cancelled. Game tickets were refunded, flights refunded however the holiday inn took a payment in full although I cancelled 5 days prior to arriving. After going round the houses with IHG and receiving no callbacks as promised I was told I had booked an advanced rate. I use hotels all the time UK and abroad for business this was not shown on the option. Decision was final with no offer of credit or alternative nights. Holiday inn for a chain your size you should be ashamed. Thanking me for being an IHG member on every call however this is just words with no thoughts to your members. Never will I be using you again and will be posting across my social media.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn at Warminster it was absolutely terrible, no comforts whatsoever.
The shower gel was full of mould, it is apparently being upgraded in August the receptionist told me when I complained but if you are going to let people stay then at least give them a very discounted rate.

Hallo, I really enjoyed my stay at The Marina Hotel , Shepperton.
The staff were friendly thorough and efficeient
A great lounge, a nicely relaxing area.
Unfortunately the television and the background music together didn't work. It was very distracting and I found it difficult to conentrate on my reading.
Also, could you change the style and music to something more relaxing instead of being 'in a disco' for breakfast and other times too.

For clarity I often stay at this hotel on business. So, my review is based across multiple experiences in 2023/2024

Outstanding Staff: The staff at Holiday Inn [Breakspear Way] truly sets it apart. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism by the team at the front desk. Their dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction.

Personal Touches: During one stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome message written on my bathroom mirror! It was a small gesture that was massively appreciated after a long day; showing their commitment to making guests feel special and valued. I must also give a special mention to Debbie, whose warm and welcoming demeanour always enhances the Holiday Inn experience. Her friendliness and genuine hospitality make me feel like a VIP.

Breakfast is a delight: One of my personal highlights is undoubtedly the breakfast. The variety is impressive and it's the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended; especially for early starts before a long day in the office!

Comfort and Convenience: The rooms at Holiday Inn are always quiet and comfortable. I travel for business and have access to all the amenities I could ask for.

Consistent: Consistency is a difficult thing to achieve! After numerous stays, I can always count on a consistently excellent experience. From the quality of the accommodations to the friendliness of the staff, they never disappoint.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Miami Port of Miami and we where horrified when we entered the room. I'm never staying at a holiday Inn again. We paid 500.00 per night and it was moldy old crappy furniture we couldn't see out the windows as they had them blocked off. I guess they didn't want to see the roof with all there air conditioning units etc. Sad so Sad please people don't stay here, the lobby is beautiful till you go up the elevator and the door opens then your in the slums and I mean slums Stay away.
