The worst company, I will cancel my policy
I had boiler cover with them , my boiler broke down on 20 th June we didn’t have hot water when I called customer service services they told me to fill a claim form and someone will get in touch , I did that and received confirmation message three days past nobody get in touch and I start calling them whenever I call them. I will see on the phone. The music is on for half an hour one hour nobody was picking up. I sent them another email. Nobody was replying to the email, so that’s why I had to call a local plumber to come and have a look so my money was wasted with this company plus it was too much stress and I don’t recommend anyone to suffer like me. Imagine if it was winter, it was summer and they were less busy but they treat their customers like this. Please don’t go with this company otherwise you will suffer like me. Thank you.

The engineer who fixed our fridge freezer was very efficient, polite and helpful. I was in a panic because our dogs had escaped and I had to leave him to do the repair so I could go and look for them. Thank you so much it was a stress free experience, it would have been if the dogs hadn't gotten out.

Fast transaction between calling Home Appliance Guard and them arranging for Hotpoint Whirlpool to come out and diagnose machine.
Parts were ordered and back within a week to fix the problem.

Bee called me back quickly. Noted my repair details now awaiting details of anappointment time.

Engineer attended, diagnosed fault with washing machine ordered new part = drum. Appointment to fit arranged but subsequently rescheduled - delaying repair by one week. But good job done eventually.
