Chi chi was really helpful and friendly andy was a positive call

The repair was done in 2 days. The engineer Mohammed was brilliant, well dressed extremely polite. He showed us how to keep our dishwasher from clogging up. He arrived on time. Brilliant

Quite frankly the engineer - a guy called Chris from Prestatyn was absolutely amazing!

I’ve had the same persistent issue with my condenser tumble dryer leaking and have had at least 4 engineers over the last two years - it stops leaking for a week or two and then inevitably starts again

But not this time! Chris took the WHOLE machine apart and found the reason for the ongoing leak in a matter of minutes!

The previous engineers had never done this - I saw parts of the machine that they had not been inspecting which were full of muck and causing the problem

Chris replaced at least 4 parts whilst I cleaned the other part that was clogged and the machine has gone from sounding like a reliant robin to a Rolls Royce

I cannot recommend Chris enough, real nice guy and worked real quick and clean - absolute legend!

Jay was very patient and listened to the problem l had with my direct debit payment. He suggested a solution which helped me.
He is very understanding and professional and an asset to your company.

I was put through to a member of staff by the name of Chi Chi who was very helpful in dealing with my problem of an excessive noisy washing machine during the spin cycle, she took down all the details talking me through everything and putting me at ease all the time. It was a pleasure to talk to her, I complimented her and thanked her for her support.

Easy to book an appointment and didn't have to wait too long. Engineer fixed the dishwasher issue and turned up in the time frame. Happy with the service.

When my 10 yo washing machined failed, I thought it would be scrapped and I would have substitute and possibly inferior replacement. Home Appliance Guard offered to repair the machine, which was efficiently done. I now have a fully functioning machine. Very impressed.

Even though it took a week to come to fix my repair then engineer was polite efficient and did his job he’s been a few times to fix machines

Spoke to Bee who was extremely helpful and listened to my requirements for my order of a new replacement washer dryer. As I have a disability, she was helpful with her advice and provided a service suitable for my needs.

Speedy response to our problem. The engineer came within a week - and there was a Bank holiday in between. So pleased that he had the necessary part and could make the repair on his first visit, this has been a rare occurance in our experience. Great comms too.
