Maddy was swift and a polite service

I was looking at the bbq for
My son’s birthday and someone from bbq called Kevin popped up to help me and he was most helpful with wide knowledge and was my Night in shining armour!!!! He really is incredible, helpful, useful and a credit to your team, I’m definitely coming back to Homebase for all my essentials as my shopping trip was easy and stress free!! And to top of my experience he carried my very lard heavy box to the car!! I couldn’t of asked more he is incredible

Luke g was new I think but extremely helpful friendly and 100% efficient checked I had the right card for my return

Staff were amazing as always at bishops stortford. Staff were happy to help pack the car up with the heavy items, and kept watch of some of the order in the back yard while I had to drop half of the order at home due to car size.

David at Homebase was incredibly friendly and helpful in showing us all the the things we had come into buy but couldn’t see, and giving us advice on materials and machines. He made the visit so much easier and quicker. A real credit to Homebase he is.

I asked a male who was busy carrying stuff if he could get someone to help me with a composite storage, he stopped what he was doing and advised me regards the storage. He helped me further with other things I needed, he was very knowledgeable about the products and advised me what was best for my purposes. He even carried the storage to my car, I could not have managed it alone!

Really friendly service from James today at the till. So many great options in store. Had to leave before we spent more money!

Alan was very patient trying to get the closest paint colour match he could. He also made sure I had a copy of the colour code ‘ in case the one on the tin got covered in paint’ good service

Kevin and his colleague dealt with my return and replacement effectively and efficiently making it a great customer service experience.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Collected an order that was large and had to wait a little while for it to come out. Staff were apologetic even though it couldn’t be helped! Highly recommend Bishops Stortford HomeBase!

Received help and advice from a very professional friendly young man.. it made my whole experience stress free.

Didn’t have to wait long before my order was ready to collect, even on a Saturday morning. Staff always ready to help load the car with heavy compost bags, which I really appreciate. Drove home with a boot full of essentials and some bargain plant pots- very happy again thank you!
