Helpful staff
Every year I buy my Christmas tree at Homebase. They always have a big assortment to choose from. This year I ordered online, but in the store I’ve realised that it was too small. A shop assistant unpacked several other trees and I could return the initial one and buy a new one. It looks gorgeous at home now! Happy Christmas

Rusty discounted product
Product discounted by 50%. After a 40 mile trip to collect was given rusty product. Would have refused it if paid full price. No explanation of why discounted when ordering.

Click and collect - complete disappointment, took money, items not available
Paid for item to click and collect, had the text message to say it was ready, half way there had a phone call I missed driving to say they actually did not have items in stock and would not get them moving forward.
Complete waste of my time sadly, and though I am sure the money will be refunded, as normal with these these things it is not immediate and will be a few working days.
So disappointing, if they do not have items in stock, they should not be available for purchase, and certainly messages should not be sent in error to say items are ready for collection if that is not the case.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're sorry to hear that there was no stock of what you ordered. We try to keep our online stock levels correct however there can be variances due to damage and theft, we're sorry that you were affected by this.
