The staff were very helpful throughout the store - checking stock, unpacking furniture so I could check colour against my sample and finally carrying goods to car. Well done and thank you

Very easy to collect and great way to grab things reduced before they go.

Every thing was great my goods were ready just as the text message said, the staff member was polite and friendly I was in and out of the store in record time.

Purchased paint via click and collect. Confirmation arrived with a hour. However full order not available.
Picked up part order in one day. Not allowed to leave order open to receive residual element. Had to receive refund and then reorder

Awful. Items were out of stock after I paid to collect. Parts were missing from an item plus so much damage. An awful experience. And I have to drive back to the store again to return everything for a refund because they have no more stock to replace item. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Efficient and quick, order was ready and waiting for me, most importantly the staff were really friendly!

We had the most terrible terrible time with our new Whitstable kitchen. The measuring was incorrect so some units had to be sent back and reordered to fit correctly, some of the suggested items were never going to be right for our kitchen and were changed at the last minute by us, the customer, just before their delivery and worst of all Homebase recommended a kitchen installer for the worktop who made a total hash of our worktop and now we are taking him to court and we are still waiting to be reimbursed a huge sum of money by this installer for more worktop material we had to re order. Basically - do not use Homebase for kitchens. Their staff may be nice but they are not kitchen specialists, their is a very big difference. Just best to avoid altogether. Both the 2 guys who measured up have now left this branch and one of those men had also recommended this installer (Homebase employee told me he had just walked off the street, said he would like to be a homebase recommended installer and was added to a list of 1 other tradesman, even though the Manager of Homebase Farnham knew nothing about this tradesman and personally said he would never have recommended him). Just writing this honestly. Would be very happy to speak to Homebase customer services. We never even received a customer services phone call once we had installed our kitchen to ask if everything was satisfactory, this is also not normal for a kitchen order.

One of the bags was repaired with sellotape but bag leaked product all over in the boot of my car. Very annoying as smell of nitrogen not pleasant.
Bag should never have been repaired.

I visited your Farnham Homebase store today and I have to say I was very impressed with the presentation of the store particularly the garden centre.
This has been the best I've seen this store look and I'm a very regular customer.
All the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful, particularly Mark and Amanda.
I will be returning soon for sure and my wife is going to cost me a fortune.
