Very easy to order online. Click and collect very useful and ready really quickly. No problems collecting my order. Very pleasant staff.

Ordered online, straight forward. Item available to collect the next day. Shop location is great with pleanty of parking available. Easy access to a brightly lit, clean and spacious shop. Couldn't help but have a look around on my way to the collection point, picked up a cushion and a Christmas decoration to purchase too! No queue, Staff attended the collection point straight away. Always enjoy visiting this shop!

Myself and my partner went in for a kitchen design appointment with Mark he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product and made the process so stress free and easy. We went in with an idea on what colour and style we wanted and he assisted with all the extra detail bits you don’t always think about but make such a impactful difference in the over all design. We couldn’t be happier with what we have ordered. Again thank you Mark for all your help.

Mark Lenton has been amazing from start to finish. His design ideas worked perfectly and the whole process was really easy and ran smoothly. One of the worktops was damaged on delivery but a quick phonecall to Mark and a replacement requested the same day. Fitting and installation should happen next week and I'm really optimistic for the quality of the kitchen.

I ordered two outdoor type double 13A sockets from the website clearance sale, click/ collect.
On collection I was presented with two outdoor type light switches! Not sockets!! There were none on the shelves of the type I ordered so the store manager gave me a discount on the last one of the only other type they had. But this was still more than what I'd paid online. On reflection I could have purchased what I thought I'd ordered online at a cheaper price elsewhere had they been listed correctly. He (manager)agreed that the web sites description of what I ordered online was completely wrong. SORRY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Then we have the inconvenience of waiting for a refund of my online purchase, plus the time and fuel costs.
