Goods are to spec, Good quality, well packed. Four cubed shelves. Delivery was when agreed.

Fantastis support from staff member Mark and team.After collecting paint from the store and driving hone,I could smell paint.Opened boot to discover 5 litre tinof emulsions had fell over in boot,lid off and spilt everywhere.Returned to shop Mark and colleague very kindly put sand in boot to help soak up paint...A new tin of paint given and told me to go the garage close by to get the boot and psint cleaned...to get a receipt and take it back to the store for a refund..The afternoon set me back 2 hours...but what excellent customer service from Mark and team..Thank you for making a stressful time more bareable..A credit to your store!!

Good quality products, particularly their plants, which are healthy and robust. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, particularly Judith who was lovely and helpful today.

I ordered and paid for a Cordless hedge trimmer for click and collect the next day. Newcastle-u-Lyme store said 4 in stock. A phone call next day said they had none, and my cash would be refunded in 3-5 days. I looked again on the web and it still said 3 in stock.
So, do not travel a long way to the Store unless you have checked they have your item in stock, by an employee in Store. Do not believe what their website says.
Also cash is taken instantly and customers should not have to wait 3-5 days for refund. And, I would like to know how 4 larger items are not there, if their website says they are, a question for Head Office.

We could not find the desired brush on the store shelves and it was approaching store closing time. We asked Karl for help and he stopped his task and went to the rear storage area. He found the brush and took the opportunity to refill the display shelves. Excellent customer service

I wanted to buy an iron but the lady who served me, Judith, thought they didn't sell small electrical goods. However I showed her that the website said there were 2 in stock. She contacted the manager and within 2 minutes I had my iron. Excellent service. Thank you 😊

Only one left in stock. Paid through PayPal and within 15mins it was ready to pick up. Guy on the desk was so very pleasant and courteous the following day when I did pick it up.

Delivery was fine however the unit is all marked when opening it scratched all along the bottom.

Purchase a Bosch Handheld hedge trimmer from Newcastle-Under-Lyme store and the assistant Ann was very helpful in demonstrating how to use it and the weight based on she uses one herself.
