On collection the trolley was taken out by Connor who also helped lift the heavy planters into the back of the car.

Really easy to order, and identified for collection quickly. Great price with discount applied and 10% off for new account member.

When I went into store I was waiting ages for click and collect , I also asked when I got served what about receipt I was told it’s all online but what happends when or if I loose the online receipt , he said oh well basically you need keep your email so basically tough .. terrible service , I had also rang Homebase customer service they weren’t bothered either and said they don’t offer receipts , plus it was marked just hope it works and don’t matter so much as it’s for outside.

New shower suite bought and fitted in March. A fitting broke within months. I spoke to Mark Lenton at Homebase, Newcastle under Lyme and replace arranged and delivered the next day.

I purchased a mirror and chosen the click and collect option as they were on sale and that they only had few left in stock, So proceeded with the purchase over the Internet. But when I came to collect the item I found that the glass had a crack and a sticker with a further £5 reduction making the item £15. If it wasn't for the cashier accidently bumping it against the doorframe and then pointed out that it had already got a crack in the glass but not it had been reduced a further £5
What annoyed me was I'd paid the £20 asking price and would have probably not seen the further reduction sticker till I'd got back home.
Not a good customer service
