I have ordered 10 chairs more than one year ago. We received the chairs after months waiting. Unfortunately 5 of the chairs were not perfect, in fact far from! The company insured us that they would sent 5 new chairs but after more than one year and many contacts where there insure that the order has been placed, nothing has happened. It is too late to get the money back - so the money is gone.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE - THEY LIE TO YOU AND STEEL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered four Kubikov dining chairs with matching felt cushions from HomeConcept24 in July 2012. Once you place your order (and pay at point of order) you receive one email as confirmation of order. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. In fact I waited for eight weeks and heard nothing so I made contact with them. No answer. I emailed again. No answer. I called th UK phone number (which is forwarded to Germany) and no one answered. I called five times before receiving an answer. I was informed my chairs and cushions would be with me in four move weeks. The chairs arrived six weeks later after several more emails that went unanswered. Four chairs but only one cushion! Dozens of emails and phone calls later and still no response. In the end I arranged for a credit card charge back as this company had failed to send all the products. It was only when I did this that they answered my emails. In the end, I received the cushions two weeks before Christmas. In total, it took them five months to complete the order. They have the most dreadful service and they honestly just don't care. My advice is to find someone else to purchase from if you can. HomeConcept24 are very hard work to deal with. One other piece of advice is that while there are very few UK reviews for them, there are a lot of reviews from Germany (where they are based) and generally the reviews are very poor. A quick google search using the translation function should prove illuminating!!!

Sehr gute Qualität und wirklich guter Service

we have ordered also 6 chairs and they have been delivered in good conditions.. hoever one chair had a damage. after we sent the pictures and made a complaint about this, we received within 30 min an phone call explaining that we dont have to worry.

indeed we get our replacement within one week and the service was really good.

I generously think that every internet retailer got easily bad comment but all the satisfied clients rarely putting in some good comments.

Habe mich endlich mal getraut Möbel übers Internet zu bestellen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Gartenmöbel sind alle heil angekommen und haben eine Top Qualität !! Kann diese Seite getrost weiter empfehlen. Werde noch in diesem Jahr einen Bauhausklassiker von Eileen Gray bestellen.
