I travelled from Sydney to Hong Kong with Hong Kong airlines. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an air airline. Yes I did upgrade my ticket to business class for the 11 hour flight but they only charge me £280 which was fantastic value the crew showed me so much empathy and the customer service was outstanding. I could not find a fault. Next time I’m in this part of the world, I will look to book with this airline.

I made an error making a booking and immediately contacted the airline to change the booking date and was greeted with a very rude customer service department who would not help in any way. In fact they are trying to charge me more money to cancel the ticket than i paid for it. A TERRIBLE airline!!!
