I'm receiving this feedback message before I have received product. I have emailed asking when it will be shipped with no reply. I ordered on Nov 25th, its now Dec 18th and still nothing.

I placed my order on 10/28 and I have yet to receive it.

Been almost 3 weeks and have not received items.

Contacted customer service via email and no reply.
Called telephone number provided on website, and recording says number is no longer in service.

Feels like I got scammed.

I ordered from yall awhile ago and had a problem with your delivery!! SO MUCH SO you guys gave me a free neck cover!! I’m having the same issue about where my order is. I’ve sent this company multiple messages on Instagram and Facebook and neither have been answered and I’ve sent emails.

It would be nice if I received it,.. I almost forgot about the order until this review came

I never received my product. I ordered a neck gator.
I sent an email asking if I would receive it but never received a message back I was ghosted.
I paid for this. Could you please ship it to me as you promised?

No trust here. Have not received anything from Hook 360 regarding shipping of my item (a neck gaiter), and have not received any reply from their 'customer service' contact form which I submitted inquiring as to the disposition of my order. Will be contacting my cc company to get my $ back. (this was written 2 weeks after making my order.)

#Revision. Perhaps Hook saw my review. I did receive my order with a bonus (junk to me) gaiter. Certainly don't like having to jump through hoops to get what I ordered. I received nothing in the way of an apology or explanation. Upgrading to 2 stars.

Honestly terrible. Tried to reach out to 360 through Instagram email and buy two phone numbers and was not able to get a hold of anybody or get a return message. Both phone numbers that I called were disconnected. just was totally a bad experience all around. Bad customer service and I canceled my order several days after the purchase. hopefully I get my money back.

I had written, that one of the shirts in the shipment was not in the package when it was delivered (package was ripped down the side), but have not had a resolution on the missing shirt yet. I have emailed back a few times without a response.

I never received my order. I can’t talk to anyone because the phone number on the website does not work. It’s been over two weeks of me trying to get an update and I have maybe received 2 emails of the 7 that I have sent for an update or even a tracking number. Even after one email said they was getting me the tracking number.

Order did not ship even after charging for same day service and company doesn't answer their phone or email.

My order hasn’t arrived since its expected delivery date. I have been trying to email this company but they don’t respond at all !

I haven’t received the order ansld was billed on 7/28. Sent you two emails asking for delivery and POD details and still haven’t received a reply. The order was placed 7/28. Can you please advise?

I ordered a shirt on July 21,2025 with the assumption that if I ordered the shirt before 5pm that day that the shirt would be delivered the next day. It is now August 11 and I still have not received the shirt. I sent several e-mails for a status update and have not received a return e-mail. I tried calling the number on the web site and the number is disconnected

I placed an order July 13 for gaiters that were supposedly "in stock." It's now Aug 3, and no sign of them.

Said next day shipping, three weeks later ups still hasn’t received the package
