I did not receive everything that I ordered. Despite reaching out multiple times by email and text, I received no response. The phone number they provide is not a working number. VERY disappointed.

Chris's place was wonderful
Chris's place was wonderful. Everything was clean and stocked with plenty of essentials to use. The dock and lift worked well for our boats. Caught plenty of fish right off the dock too.

Ordered a long sleeve shirt at a cost…
Ordered a long sleeve shirt at a cost of $50 and instead received 4 neck gaiter worth about half what I paid for the shirt! Contacted customer service who promised to send the correct shirt out next day and still haven’t received it. Now, they’re not answering my emails.
What a great company to deal with
My order took a while and after contacting them, they found out UPS lost the order. They immediately sent another order and added a bonus pro gaiter for my wait, which they didn't have to do but was a fantastic gesture. The Pro Gaiters have a great fit and do the job they are designed for. I will be ordering more of them. What a superb company to buy from.

Bought gaiters for sailing & skiing. Got four of them for the family because they were running a promotion. Lots of styles that I didn't like, but I found 4 that would work. Order arrived with 5 gaiters, but only 2 were styles that I ordered. (Three were pretty ugly.) Wrote customer service and offered to return the ugly three. Was told to keep the ugly ones and they'd send the correct ones. Never heard from them again. Won't return emails. Phone is disconnected. Out of business?

Ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped out. Emailed the company and haven’t heard back. Shipping says on website it would ship out day of if ordered by a certain time. Definitely not the case.

Your customer service either SUCKS or you are crooks. Phone number is out of service and you don’t respond to emails. Probably because you don’t care. I paid for certain items and you sent whatever you wanted. Absolute bullshit. Is that how you paid for the wrap on your boat? By ripping off people?
Gator is great, customer service is completely nonresponsive!
The gators are great, that's why I came back a few years later to buy more. My issue is my order was wrong I got the right about of gators but not the right ones. I've emailed twice and tried calling the number listed on the website and the number has been disconnected.
So, you ask what can this company do better first respond to emails, texts, and if you have a contact telephone number on your website it should be working. Better customer service.
Customer service, NOT.
So, I love the hoodie. However I ordered two hoodie shirts, paid for two hoodie shirts and they company sent one. It seems their customer service is very poor. When I ordered my first hoodie many months ago, they never sent one until I finally contacted them and they did send it, finally. This time however they do not seem to respond to the two times I have contacted them. I did notice on the package another business is named leading me to think this is a small to tiny business operation that is just not very efficient. Looks like I lost money, oh well, maybe they will read this review and rectify the problem, if not, I will not order again.

Update: Not sure if they're still in business. I've been waiting a month for Hook 360 to send me the correct items. Nothing. I've sent an email and an automated Cust. Svc. message asking for an update with no response. I also called the phone number that is shown on their web site. Got the ole "This number is no longer in service" message.
Great sale on gaiters. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong items. Will update once situation is corrected.

The gaitors are too small... I cannot get them over my head and hair. I will be returning.

In hindsight!!!
In hindsight, having read several reviews about this company and their customer service or lack thereof, I too have not received my order and it's been 14 days since I placed it. One is almost led to believe that this is a company out to scam customers having a phone number listed on their site which has been disconnected. Not only is this a concern, they fail to return or reply to email correspondence. They're "about us"section which tells the tale of the company and their lackluster attitude towards doing business says it all. I regret placing an order with this company and so will you!!!

They took forever to ship out my order… and order was wrong
They took forever to ship out my order when I had already received an email stating that order was shipped, so I tried to get ahold of them and took me more then three emails to finally get a response and still took awhile to get my order and when arrived half of the order was wrong and I emailed them again and now no response.
