I was having difficulty ordering online because age verification service wouldn't process anything, I submitted a service request via email through the contact us link and within a hour or two I received a phone call from the store. Not only were they very accommodating as to listen to the issues I had on the website but they took my order over the phone and were very pleasant to deal with. This is a perfect example of why I buy my supplies from Hoosier E-cig, not to mention they always have my salt naked liquids in stock. Phenomenal service as usual and best of all I was not forced to stop at one of so many no name pop up "vape shops" and pick through random trash liquids that I most certainly would regret buying after the fact. Businesses like Hoosier E-cig are what made my transition from smoking cigarettes heavily to vaping so simple and cost effective, not to mention the other benefits, they are one of my first places I bought from and have been my go to for 6-7 years. I would highly recommend stopping in if you're nearby or visiting the website!

NO I don't believe their 4 star reviews!!! I received an email today from them thanking me and confirming my 5 star review of their company. Problem is that I've never even heard of the company or website, never have bought anything from them or submitted a review for them... No wonder they have a 4 star review, they're fraudulent!!!!

I ordered a box mod from this company and upon receiving it, found that one of the buttons wasn't functioning properly due to a manufacturing defect (not Hoosier E-CIGS fault).
I contacted Hoosier E-Cigs via email explaining the situation. I received a reply within a couple of hours and they not only offered to replace it, but also offered to send a padded envelope and prepaid shipping label to return the defective one!
Great products and prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service, would rate 10 stars if I could!
