My order got delivered, but broken to bits. Mentioned that to customer service. Sent a photo to them for Royal Mail refund claim. Had to send another photo. Then asked a 3rd photo.
Now customer service not answering back at all.
Never going to buy again, obviously.

Just bought a Chongz from Smokers Heaven… literally came day after… they contacted me straight away to make sure my address was correct so no arriving at the wrong address and they sent it soon as I got back in touch stating address was correct… they sent foto showing it was packaged up to be posted… and I was surprised to find it being delivered today at my door… it was so secure it was like un layering an onion🤣… the fragile tape seemed to go on forever🙏 No way the postie could mishandle this bad boy with all that warning ⚠️ And inside the box was full of padding - it was literally like unwrapping another present from Santa 🎅… and the beast inside were an awesome sight indeed… well worth the time it took to unwrap and get in the box 📦 … I totally love it and certainly can’t wait to try it out…🥂cheers Smokers Heaven for making sure my parcel was secure and came in record time🙏👏👍

This shop is superb. The prices are very competitive and the service is second to none.
Further the packages are posted having been padded securely in a timely manner by registered post. I will definitely be ordering again as they stock tge cigars my husband loves.

Very quick delivery, Very well packaged, No breakages (Would have been suprised if there were), all in perect condition, One happy customer turns into a repeat customer

Lied about royal mail first class postage on their website, sent it by Hermes. Then made me pay for re-delivery after they only made delivery attempts during work hours. And then sent it royal mail second class after charging me for first... Also may have used my card details again to buy groceries :/ There was however a nice customer support guy who seemed actually interested in helping me, so props to him.

Do not buy from these sent me the wrong item tried accusing me of taking the ash catcher after I’d sent it back asked for a refund on Saturday it’s now Thursday and I’m still chasing it complete and utter joke very untrustworthy

Very expensive, £18 approx for 20 herbal cigarettes. Badly packaged
