Awful place we couldnât check in untilâŠ
Awful place we couldnât check in until 3.00 pm and arrived about 10.30 in the morning. Their cafe is only open for breakfast and around 5.00 pm for food, so couldnât even have anything to eat. Very limited menu. We got sandwich out of a vending machine. We put our cases in storage, they are no shops in the area so spend all day hanging around the gardens. 2.30 we sat inside waiting for access to our room! People started arrived and were given their rooms straight away. so went to reception desk right by where we were sitting and they said room was ready. If I had not asked they would have just left us there. This was supposed to be our weekend honeymoon which was ruined. We left a day early as it was awful and no offer of help from staff. Itâs in the middle of nowhere with just hotels in the area. I wouldnât recommend this hotel to anyone !!!

Nous avons d'abord rencontré des difficultés techniques majeures avec la borne automatique, qui ne reconnaissait pas le "ö" de mon nom (client inconnu), nous obligeant à plusieurs tentatives. De plus, le Wi-Fi sur Android était bloqué pour des raisons de sécurité.
Mais tout cela a été balayé par la rencontre de Monsieur El Hadji à la réception. C'est un professionnel exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une attention rares. Il nous a accueillis avec le sourire, a réglé nos soucis de check-in en un clin d'Åil et a fait preuve d'une efficacité remarquable.
Nous avons également pu échanger de maniÚre constructive sur les problÚmes de connexion Wi-Fi. J'ai été ravi de partager avec lui une astuce technique (via neverssl.com) pour aider d'autres clients à l'avenir. Il s'est montré trÚs à l'écoute et reconnaissant.
En plus de cet accueil chaleureux, il nous a recommandé un excellent restaurant partenaire où nous avons bénéficié d'une réduction de 10%. Le repas était délicieux et le service parfait.
Câest grâce à des employés comme Monsieur El Hadji que l'on a envie de revenir. MalgrÚ les failles du systÚme automatique, nous repartons ravis. Un grand merci à lui pour avoir transformé notre étape en un moment trÚs agréable ! Si vous passez par cet hÃŽtel, vous serez entre de bonnes mains.

Je tiens à signaler un dysfonctionnement grave au sein de l'hÎtel B&B Cergy Saint-Christophe Gare lors de notre séjour du 28/03 (Réf : BB20186497).
Trésorier d'un club d'échecs, j'avais réservé 3 chambres pour une équipe en compétition de Nationale 1. Malgré un check-in et un paiement effectués en ligne, nous n'avons reçu les codes d'accÚs que pour UNE SEULE chambre sur trois.
Résultats :
Défaut de service majeur : Une équipe de 8 sportifs s'est retrouvée bloquée à l'extérieur aprÚs une journée de compétition harassante.
Gestion de crise lamentable : Aucune assistance via les canaux prévus. Il a fallu une heure de négociations avec le gardien de nuit pour que l'équipe puisse enfin dormir, alors que la compétition reprenait tÎt le lendemain.
Service client fantÎme : Depuis 10 jours, mes mails et formulaires de contact restent sans réponse. Le seul moyen de les joindre semble être un numéro surtaxé, ce que je considÚre comme une pratique abusive suite à une faute de l'établissement.
C'est inadmissible pour une enseigne de cette envergure. J'exige un geste commercial significatif et une réponse immédiate. à fuir pour les réservations de groupe ou professionnelles si vous attendez un minimum de fiabilité.

My friend and I stay in the hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi for a long weekend the end of March. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, hotel was clean with everything in working order. We had paid for breakfast, and with timings of our plans we only managed to go on the Monday, but the range of food was brilliant for the price, and the staff not only provided English breakfast tea but when I joked about the size of cups on offer they went and found a proper mug for me - that alone would be worth the 5 star review. Very happy and would stay again if in Milan. Very close to the Cenisio metro stop so makes traveling around the city extremely easy, and the hotel provides a map of tourist attractions with the metro stops on it.

No star. This is the worst place I have ever been in. We arrive to the hotel. There was no one to great us. The rooms had bus. The shower didnât drain. The towels were disgusting. The doors were left open. The staff was rude and left without making sure everyone was good. Itâs is really bad. Do not stay here.

stayed at B&B HOTEL Madrid Vallecas La Gavia and had a very bad experience.
The room was around 25°C, and when I went to reception to complain, I was told that the air conditioning is only turned on starting in May. This is completely unacceptable â especially for someone coming from a colder country like Ireland. For me, a comfortable temperature is between 8°C and 12°C, so it was impossible to rest. I was overheating the entire night.
On top of that, the window only opens about 10 cm, which makes proper ventilation impossible. The room feels stuffy and uncomfortable.
The location is also not good â very far from the city center with no real advantage to justify it.
Overall, very poor value for money. I do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid.
Unable no check-in, no staff on site, hotline not answering
Booked accommodation on February 28, 2028. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with accommodation.
I arrived around 3:00 PM and tried to check in using the self-check-in system, but my booking couldn't be found. I entered the booking number correctly several times â it was later confirmed as valid by Booking.com support â but the system simply wouldn't accept it.
There was no staff on site. When I called the hotel, I only got an automated message saying the reception was closed. No alternative contact options, no instructions, no help.
As a result, I had no access to the hotel, even though the booking was fully paid. In the end, I had to find and book new accommodation late that evening, which completely disrupted my plans for the day.
Booking.com support told me they were waiting for a response from the hotel (allegedly because it was a partner booking), which makes no sense from a customer's perspective. More than a month has now passed without any resolution.
I was left completely without accommodation and without money. It was extremely stressful trying to find a new hotel at short notice while I was already there and time was of the essence. This should never happen â it was frustrating, discouraging, and completely unprofessional.

Dog in hotel barking all night.
We are here for 5 nights. Although there has been noise at night, tonight has been an absolute nightmare. There is a circus across the road and there has been a dog barking and howling since 7pm. It is now 11pm and the hotel is unable to contact the dogs owner. This is unacceptable. Why are people allowed to bring a dog into a hotel and go out and leave it? The people in the room next to the dog have been moved to a different floor as they are so disturbed by it. This is obviously not a hotel to come to if you want to relax and sleep after a full day of sightseeing.

Disappointing experience at b&b hotel in Cortina. We ordered for pasta according to the menu but they gave us something else. When I asked why, they said it happens like that sometimes. That they can write pasta but it doesnât mean thatâs what we will get. It was hard to believe what I heard from them. We are black so maybe that could have played a role in the treatment. It was shocking. No form of apology from them as well.

Wat een verschil ! Wij waren eerst bij bb Beaune Sud 2hotel in Beaune wat absoluut niet meer dan 1ster waard is en daarna bij bb Girona2 hotel in Girona wat zeker 5sterren waard is en nog veel goedkoper was.
Het enige pluspunt bij Beaune was dat de auto achter het hek stond en bij Girona niet.

Das Personal im B&B-Hotel Willich ist freundlich und scheint an ihrer Arbeit Spaà zu haben!
Das Zimmer machte einen sauberen geputzten Eindruck.
FÃŒr Menschen mit mehr körperlichem Umfang, sind die Zimmer weniger geeignet, da die PaltzverhÀltnisse sehr beengt sind. Wir wÀhlten das B&B-Hotel Willich, weil wir nur 2 Ãbernachtungen benötigten, fÃŒr eine gesamte Urlaubswoche wÃŒrden wir definitiv ein anderes Hotel, mit gröÃeren Zimmern bevorzugen. Das FrÃŒhstÃŒcks-Buffet war ok, wer Lachs etc. erwartet muss in der Regel auch mehr als ⬠12,90 bzw. ⬠13,90 dafÃŒr löhnen:-). Die zahlreichen schlechten Bewertungen trafen jedenfalls nicht auf das B&B-Hotel in Willich zu.
