B&B HOTELS レビュー 

Travelling thrue Germany and needed a hotel for a night. We were six persons an found a familyroom and one dubbelroom at B&B Hotel in Bayruit Germany. We booked online by hotels.com. So far so good.
At the hotel we were meet by the most arrogant man in the reception, a man which did'nt would have a job serving customers. Next morning there was an other male person of the same kind. OK rooms but wrong people working there. Not serviceminded at all!

B&B HOTEL Beaune Sud 1 Palais des Congrès: We booked online and received the wrong entrance code. Despite Saturday rates being almost twice as high as usual, our online message went unanswered and no one picked up the phone. The level of service was absolutely unacceptable and significantly reduced the amount of time we were able to sleep.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – beloofde parking niet beschikbaar

Mijn verblijf ( b&b hotel Paris Porte de lillas) hotel begon meteen met een grote teleurstelling. Vooraf was mij duidelijk beloofd dat ik bij aankomst in de voormiddag gebruik kon maken van de gratis parking van het hotel. Bij aankomst bleek dit echter niet mogelijk en werd ik verplicht om elders parking te zoeken en daarvoor €35 te betalen.

Nog erger is de manier waarop dit achteraf werd aangepakt. Nadat mij was meegedeeld dat er een tegemoetkoming zou komen, kreeg ik uiteindelijk amper €4 terug op de €35 die ik door hun fout extra heb moeten betalen.

Dit vind ik ronduit schandalig. Als een hotel een gratis parking belooft en die bij aankomst niet beschikbaar blijkt te zijn, verwacht je op zijn minst dat het hotel zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt en de gemaakte extra kosten volledig of grotendeels vergoedt. €4 terugbetalen op een extra kost van €35 is absoluut geen correcte tegemoetkoming.

Voor mij gaat het dan ook niet alleen om die €31, maar vooral om het gebrek aan klantgerichtheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Eerst iets beloven, vervolgens die belofte niet nakomen en daarna een belachelijk kleine compensatie aanbieden, vind ik bijzonder teleurstellend.

Voor mij alvast een ervaring die ik niet snel zal vergeten en die mij doet twijfelen om hier ooit nog te boeken.

Avis sur l'hôtel B&B Toulouse Cité de l'Espace – Mouchotte

L’accueil est vraiment au top : personnel agréable, souriant et disponible. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les gros problèmes d’hygiène et d’entretien rencontrés lors de notre séjour.

Nous savons parfaitement que nous ne réservons pas un hôtel 4 étoiles et que le niveau de prestations doit être apprécié en conséquence. Mais il y a tout de même des limites, notamment lorsqu’il est question de propreté et d’hygiène.

Comme vous pourrez le constater sur les photos, la tête de lit de notre chambre familiale était couverte de traces qui ressemblent clairement à des projections de liquides biologiques humains, à prédominance masculine… Oui, oui, sur la tête de lit ! 🤢 Et cela dans une chambre familiale destinée à accueillir des enfants.

À cela s’ajoutent :

une importante quantité de poussière au sol dans l’espace mezzanine réservé aux enfants ;
de la moisissure visible au plafond de la salle de bain ;
de la moisissure également présente dans le système de climatisation ;
un état général qui témoigne malheureusement d’un manque d’entretien évident.

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la chambre et, à notre retour, il n’y avait plus personne à la réception, ce qui n’a évidemment pas facilité la possibilité de signaler immédiatement ces problèmes.

Autre déception : ne vous attendez surtout pas à avoir une vue sur la Cité de l’Espace. La vue depuis notre chambre donnait directement sur un bâtiment désaffecté, manifestement occupé ou squatté, ce qui est loin d’être agréable.

Bref, une expérience franchement décevante, heureusement limitée à une seule nuit. L’accueil était excellent, mais pour nous, les problèmes de propreté, d’hygiène et de vétusté sont rédhibitoires.

C’est malheureusement une expérience qui nous fera réfléchir à deux fois avant de choisir à nouveau cette enseigne.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer bot alles, was man braucht. Zudem ist der Reinigungsplan umweltfreundlich. Die Klimaanlage machte den Aufenthalt zu einem Highlight.
Die MitarbeiterInnen sind aufmerksam und immer freundlich gewesen.
Ein Hotel, das einen weiteren Aufenthalt lohnenswert macht.

Schon Ihre Anfrage gibt zu denken " was ist diesmal schief gegangen": Nun Einiges. Ich sitze in einem Zimmer mit dunklem Bad, und jeder an der, (den ich anspreche) Rezeption fühlt sich nicht mit dem Hotel identifiziert, und jeder verspeist mit mit der aussage. Ich kann ihnen nicht helfen, ich arbeite nur hier. Es ist schlimmer als mit Tagelöhner, die haben mindestens ihre Arbeit vollbracht. Das Personal hier in dem Hotel B&B Tychy sitz nur ihre Stunden ab. Hauptsache bis zum Schichtende.

Stayed at B&B Verona. Pre-booked and paid online. One of the reasons whe chose the hôtel was 24h checkin as we would be arriving very late by car. They called us during our trip to let us know that if we arrived after 11pm we would need Todo the online check-in and that we needed a password for the parking this was nicely given to us.
We arrived at midnight and first bad surprise no parking spot left.
After squeezing the car in a spot that I was not happy about. We spent 40 minutes to check-in the 2 rooms. With a not helpful lady on the line as documents didn't get validated...
The web site is a nightmare to use on a phone. Opening random date pickers. Not recognizing passport... I am a developer I know what I am talking about with website.

The room was clean and comfortable,

B&B HOTEL Aix-en-Provence Meyreuil Sainte-Victoire

Please B&B customer service I was trying to contact you, but it is impossible to do.

We booked a room online via the B&b app and we got emailed a room with an access key “at desk” and when we arrived there was no one at the reception to help us and when we tried to check the self-service booking machine outside hotel, it said to us that the room is not ready.

Then I do not understand why was the room even available for booking if the room is not ready.

I believe it is misleading. So we had to spend extra time and money by booking another room.

I hope this issue can be resolved and I would be happy to update the review.

1 Stern zuviel Ladekabel für Smartphone, 20€, zudem L'Occitane Handcreme, 9€ ,Ibuprofen Schmetztabletten und Nagellack geklaut worden, heute Donnerstag ca.12 €,Reaktionen von Rezeption hat mich beim Versuch einzudecken, aber 15 Uhr rausgeschmissen, weil er höchst wahrscheinlich über Diebstahl wusste, Polizei macht nichts...

Il n’y avait plus de petits déjeuners. Le service client m’a annoncé le remboursement de ces derniers.
Deux mois après et malgré des relances je n’ai toujours aucun remboursement.

We stayed in Villingen-Schweningen this week and we were quiet happy with our stay altought they were some things that needs to be worked on.
First- there is no fridge in the room so i wouldnt recommend to stay for more than 1-2 nights in a row.
Second- One of the Ladies at the reception could learn how to smile or how to treat people at all. It´s nothing personal, but after a long day of work, I am not really interested in somebody with attitude for no reason.
The very next day there was another Lady at reception and she was really nice i didnt get the names but they know who they are :)
One more thing. I would really reconsider Breakfast for breakfast alone i would go 2/5 at best

På Hotel B@B i Ehingerstrasse 11 i Ulm var værelset helt fint. Mere problematisk var servicen ved receptionen imidlertid. Her blev vi mødt af en mand med påfaldende uvenlig og kommanderende attitude over for alle gæster ved vores indtjekning.
Forsøg på rolig dialog om dette forværrede hans adfærd.

Very nice rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Service was amazing an a good experience for tourists.

B&B Wetzlar katastrophal!!! Ein Zimmer voll mit ekligen Flecken auf dem Teppich! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Ich war 3 Tage im B&B Hotel Wroclaw Centrum.
Die e-mails vor und nach der Anfrage wurden von Laura
und Natalia beantwortet. Sie waren sehr einladend
formuliert und deshalb habe ich die Buchung getätigt.
Laura war an 2 Tagen da und hat mir in verschieden Anfragen geholfen. Ihr Hilfe und Angaben haben immer zu 100 % gepasst. Ich denke Sie wäre auch eine perfekte Managerin. Was die negativen Meinungen über Sauberkeit betrifft kann ich dem zustimmen, deshalb einen Stern Abzug. Was positiv hinzukommt ist das sehr gute Frühstück.

Harcèlement par mail ! Ne respect aucunement la demande de désabonnement mail ! Insupportable ces entreprises ! Je n'y retournerais plus chez vous par principe !et je déconseille !

B&B Hotel Aalborg: Rude staff in the reception.
We were staying at the hotel, because we celebrated our anually wedding anniversary, but not extra service from the reception. Our check in took approx 10 minutes. Nobody in the que before us. The check out took 20 minutes. Nobody in the que before us.
We had to eat our breakfast in a sofa in the reception, as there are very limited seats in the restaurant. The amount of seats in the restaurant does not at all match the amount of guests, that can stay at the hotel.
The breakfast was not at a high quality, as we would expect and as good as we get at other hotels. We are often staying at hotels around Denmark and abroad.
And when I mentioned this at the reception during check out, the staff was just rude again. Only reply from the staff was "do You want the receipt send to your mail"
I told them, that our stay was not fulfilling our expectations at all and that I work in a big company having a lot of customers coming to Aalborg. And based on this very bad experience, I will not recommend the hotel to our customers. Also this is the last time, we will book room at B&B Hotel Aalborg

Satisfait de la qualité et du confort, je le recommande !

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale B&B Hotel Aalborg.

Hotellets egne parkeringspladser var fyldt, så receptionisten henviste mig til et andet parkeringsområde, som hotellet også benyttede. Medarbejderen hjalp mig med at oprette parkeringen, bad om min nummerplade og viste mig, hvor jeg skulle parkere. Jeg betalte som anvist.

Alligevel fik jeg en parkeringsafgift dagen efter. Parkeringsselskabet oplyste efterfølgende, at hotellet skulle have registreret en særlig P-tilladelse, hvilket åbenbart ikke var sket.

Jeg fremlagde dokumentation og forklarede, at jeg blot havde fulgt hotellets vejledning, men hotellet ville ikke tage ansvar. Tværtimod ændrede deres forklaring sig flere gange under sagsforløbet.

Det er skuffende, at man som gæst ikke kan stole på den vejledning, man får i receptionen, og at hotellet ikke tager ansvar, når deres egen vejledning fører til en ekstra udgift.
