My reservation was cancelled before we arrived!

Ma réservation, n'a jamais été prise, il m'a fallu réserver à nouveau en arrivant à l’hôtel. De plus j'apprends que l’hôtel ne travaille pas avec ce site pour les réservations.

Great website with attractive hotel deals

Most pathetic site to book any hotel. I had a booking confirmed and when i showed up at hotel, the person at reception declined the booking and i was left at nowhere to go. Raised complaint directly and no response in last 2 months

This is common with site so suggest everyone to avoid this

We ordered an hotel with hotel.info in city center of Evora, Spain.
When we arrived, on an early afternoon, after almost an hour of a search for parking, the receptionist could not find our order. Hotel.info didn't forward it to him.
Because of a festival in the city, all hotel rooms were booked. We were forced to spend more than 2 hours looking for a new hotel. Furthermore, when we finally arrived, no restaurants or cafes were open and we had to eat overpriced dinner at the hotel.

We contacted hotel.info, that said they'll check. They've stopped answering us since then. it was almost two months ago.

Wouldn't order from a website I can't trust I'll actually have a bed for the night.

Easy to use. multiple languages.

Don’t trust this site, if you want to book a room!!

Last week I tried to book a room on hotel.info for the first time.
As I filled all information and also included master card data, after clicking the button to pay my reservation, I got an “error massage showing that error have accrued and I need to try access site later”.

First I looked at my mail to see if the reservation was completed, but after waiting few minutes I understood that reservation is not coming.

Then I went on hotel.info site to see if my booking was successful but when I tried to logon with the my email that I have filled earlier it showed that I am not member and my email does not exists!!
I also tried to retrieve a password just to see if my mail exists but with out any success!!

I contacted the bank to see if some money reservations where done, but that was not the case!!

Because of the problems with hotel.info site I logged on another site and booked another hotel because I did not want to use hotel.info again.

Few days ago I saw that hotel that I tried to book with hotel.info charge my card.
This happened with out my knowledge or any booking information.

As I have contacted hotel.info , they are just saying that hotel charged my card because I was as they called “no show” .

I will never use this site again, because of their problems with SITE I have now lost money to a hotel I have never slept in.

In linea di massima si , mancano delle specifiche all'interno dell'offerta, nel mio caso che ho scelto un Hotel che accettava animali, ho scoperto che accettano solo cani di piccola taglia, suggerirei di aggiungere la possibilità di specificare la tipologia e di aggiungere il costo per ogni bestiola (due gatte) che l'hotel richiede e che si aggiunge alla spesa del soggiorno.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!!
I booked a hotel in Bali and did not receive a booking confirmation- when I tried to log back into the site it declined my email address, I emailed support & I didn’t get a reply. Further more , the contact phone number redirects you to some poor lady’s personal phone number - she doesn’t work for the hotel info company & it left me wondering if I’d been scammed! I’m currently canceling my credit cards and contacting the hotel direct to report the company for misconduct.

Per adesso sono molto soddisfatto della mia prenotazione. In agosto dopo fine soggiorno a Messina valuterò bene il tutto.

Booked through Hotel Info and thought everything would be fine. Today I called to check my reservation and no room has been reserved. The hotel is full and still, Hotel Info accepted my booking. Apparently, I can't cancel the booking and now I'm very angry as I will now probably not get my money back. If I don't hear back from the email I've sent within 24 hours, I'll be going on every social networking site I can find to tell everyone I can not to trust Hotel Info.

I have emailed them and sent the feedback form on the website. I've even tried to Linkin with the CEO. Let's see what happens.

Booked via hotel info after going through travel supermarket website. Made 2 bookings with a hotel in Thailand. Received a booking confirmation email. 3 days later I receive a follow up email saying *Regarding to your reservations no. check-in 09 – 23 January 2019. We are pleased to inform you that we unable to confirm your reservations due to technical error and the rate are not correct.*

Unlike them I wasn’t very pleased about this

Hotel was on the best place I needed in Budapest. Staff very kind. Rooms clean and comfortable....only the bathroom had a bad smell... specially shower...maybe because ventilation in the bathroom does not work and glass door should always stay open...
Breakfest was ok... bread offer could be better and more friuits, seeds and oatmeal and cereals... (like in Sopron- Sopron hotel- night before Budapest... where our supplier organize all... breakfast for great)

Site internet trés sérieux, je recommande vivement.

Used them 3 years in a row, always great prices, and if you call the 800 number anytime, they are very helpful, I had to make changes and they are very accommodating, you do not have to pay until you get there, and its just a 24 hour cancelation. policy.

Rápido, fácil, y todo muy claro, además te ahorras mucho que haciendo la reserva directamente de la página del hotel....

I tried to make two separate bookings at the same hotel. I only received confirmation for one. I requested a copy of the confirmation I hadn’t received and was informed by customer support that this had already been sent. It may have been, but I never received it. I then discovered that I had three different bookings and as II did not know which to cancel, I have cancelled the lot and will not use the service again.

I used Trivago that compared the prices for an Odessa Hotel in Ukraine and Hotel Info had a 25% discount on a cheaper room not offered with the 10 others Booking sites.
