Stayed over while in cologne for the last England group game. Fairly priced clean and tidy. Would use this hotel chain again in the future.

Natur-Hunde-Hotel Bergfried…ein Traum für Hundebesitzer!
Der Familienbetrieb mit Stern liegt mitten im Wald, am Fuße des Schwarzwihrberges mit Wanderwegen vor der Haustür.
Das stylisch-urige Restaurant lädt mit topp Küche zum verweilen ein. Die super modernen Zimmer sind natürlich zeitgemäß ausgestattet und alle mit Balkon bzw.Terrasse. Eine Sauna gibt es selbstverständlich auch.
Im riesige Außenbereich (eingezäunt) gibt es einen Badeteich, Sonnenliegen stehen zur Verfügung und für Hundesportbegeisterte steht sogar ein Agility Parkour zur Verfügung.
Der Hund ist in diesem Hause König…die Vierbeiner dürfen überall hin, lediglich die Küche ist tabu. Für jeden felligen Gast stehen Futternäpfe auf dem Zimmer, zur Zubereitung des Inhaltes findet sich im Erdgeschoss eine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Gleich daneben findet man eine ebenerdige Hundedusche, Handtücher inclusive.
Ein MUSS für Hundebesitzer…!!!!!!

Angeblich habe die Buchung nicht geklappt, das Geld wurde aber abgebucht , so musste ich bei Hotel.de anrufen ,die Dame könnte schlecht deutsch , danach tel. Mit Hotel in Berlin, alles umständlich, Zeit, .....

Booked a hotel stay only to be told few days later that the price would be substantially higher than what was confirmed in the booking . Never had such a bad experience with any other booking site.

he website has a very structural layout and an effective use of images and text that don't distract visitors from the most important content. The website also makes use of blank space to allow web visitors to breath.

The Hotel room was already booked and I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Very bad service and miscommunication between the website and the hotels.

Rude staff, no desire to help in solving a problem. There are no quick answers, no desire to keep the client. Absolutely indifferent attitude to people.

The hotel I booked through hotel.info was fine but the listing was written to imply that parking was “included”. Instead the hotel charged a full EUR15 for a single night parking and wouldn't budge. Their excuse was that street parking (not available in the evening when we checked in) would have been free. The person checking us in handed me a parking pass for the garage gate without a whisper of the cost. Hotel.info should be clearer about they require hotels to list parking availability free vs for a price.

Horrible! Worst client service ever!
Réservation effectuée sur leur site pour un hôtel à Teheran en choisissant un établissement remboursable en cas d’annulation de la réservation avant une date fixée.
A cause de problèmes personnels, je demande à annuler la reservation dans les délais précisés et à être remboursée et on me dit que ce n’est plus remboursable (alors que c’est ecrit dans ma confirmation d’hotel) et on me prend pour une idiote au téléphone ! Jamais vu ça !
